Old Hotel, is a great name and brand, but the service that has been frozen 10 years ago. Ordered the room service for the dinner, and the quality of the food was so far from a normal standard. Windows that let the cold air come in the room, and I had to stop it by using paper. In the end, or they re-decorate and re-study the quality process, or they have to decrease the price. SR

This hotel is very clean and well Managed. I had no issues from beginning to end. The only thing was room service did not bring cutlery with my meal. But everything els was 1000%. Great Hotel! Will certainly be back. The only complaint I have is with the details of my package. This was very misleading and not accurate at all. This amazing package was actually just club access and had no special value.
