Leonardo Hotel Belfast Reviews

Leonardo hotel location is very convenient to sightseeing places. In addition, hop on and hop off bus tour is waiting to tourist at the front of hotel. The hotel facilities are cafe , restaurant serves for breakfast and dinner. I noted the linen bedding surface was not tidy and mugs as grease on the surface. I had stayed the hotel for 5 days and requested the daily cleaning as usual. The third time completed cleaning and request cleaning card dropped on the floor and not hang on the back door of lockset. The fourth day was same as cleaning card on the floor. Refill coffee and tea bags was not convenient to ask receptionist pack up those items. The toilet and bathroom is combined into one which is too small spacious.

Excellent location for all pubs restaurants and tourist sights.Let us check in early and very efficient

Hotel is very conveniently situated in the heart of Belfast. Almost all of the attractions can be accessed by walking. Hotel staff are very friendly and the Room are of decent size. Also, we had an amazing view of the clock tower. We loved our stay overall.

First time visit to Belfast… what a beautiful city. We will definitely return. The Leonardo Hotel was brilliant, the location is absolutely spot on, a short walk from Grand Central station, whilst being central to the city and the sites. The staff were outstanding in the professional and friendly approach, they are to be applauded. The breakfast was lovely with a large selection on offer to all. I will definitely return to the Leonard😄

Great location, modern hotel within short walking distance of the city centre. Must visit for any travellers looking to visit Belfast.

The location is perfect and convenient to roam around the city centre. The customer service is great. The only thing we don’t like about it is that the room is not that clean, quite dusty and the drawers were filled with trash from the occupant before us.

Location is perfect for tourist visit to the city. The hotel was clean and modern. Room was clean and comfortable. A little disappointed that there wasn’t a safe in the room.  Reception staff very helpful Breakfast choice was good.  Staff struggled to cope on our first morning (Thursday) when hotel was full and there was no butter; replaced with pats of low calorie spread the looked like it came straight out of Poundland. Content and service improved after that, the only criticism being the fried eggs’ yolks were always solid, not runny.   Generally good value for money.

Everything is great!!! Happy about everything.

I arrived at 9 am. The kind front office let me check- in very early. I intend to leave my luggage. But she offered I could check in. It’s very impressive. All thing are so excellent.
