"The location is perfect! It’s just 5-min walk from the Grand Central Station where we took our bus coach. The reception desk is 24-hour, which is really welcoming especially when we were arriving beyond mid-night. Too many hotels are self-serviced these days even they are charging quite a high price. And the staff at the front desk were very helpful. The room is really spacious for its price - though a little bit old - but really no complain. There is also a very convenient and dedicated drop-off area in front of the hotel, in case you have lots of bags to load/unload."

"One of the best hotels we've ever stayed in. The building & decor is stunning, Victorian Deluxe bedroom was absolutely gorgeous. The service was superb from the moment we arrived until we left. We stayed two days and could have spent the whole time just in the merchant. Afternoon tea & cocktails were exquisite and the rooftop hottub & hydrotherapy session in the spa really refreshed us on day two. Could not recommend highly enough - we'll be returning frequently!"
