"Great hotel and services, however could do with more amenities such as basic toiletries and slippers or bathrobe. Was surprised that it was not included in the deluxe room and was only available for a more expensive room which makes no sense because it’s suppose to be a 4 Star hotel. Other than that everything was great. Friendly staff, cleaned regularly and were super helpful. Had breakfast on the first day, it was okay, could be better with more variety."

"The hotel is beautiful, with a sense of history, Titanic theme, service is not bad. It is suitable for taking pictures, even checkin male waiters, wearing a lot of Jack. There are many photos of the year in the building, and the manuscripts are very traversing, suitable for Titanic movies and history lovers! Recommend not far from the dot coffee, you can feel socialism when you enterprising, you must pay, and add color to the Chinese. The disadvantage is: because of the historical building, the bath water is small, the room is not big."

"The room was clean and spacious however there was no touletries not wven the small ones even the toilet roll was such a cheap quality. Full marks for the location. Great for short stay!!"

"Overnight stay at Hilton Lanyon as we were attending a comedy show in the Watetfront Hall. Delightful experience from check-in to departure. Delicious dinner in the restaurant from the pre theatre menu; cosy, comfortable, clean, spacious ensuite bedroom and superb breakfast - especially loved the vegetarian options. And most special mention for all the staff we met during our stay: highly professional, efficient and very friendly. We look forward to returning to stay in the near future."

"Leonardo hotel location is very convenient to sightseeing places. In addition, hop on and hop off bus tour is waiting to tourist at the front of hotel. The hotel facilities are cafe , restaurant serves for breakfast and dinner. I noted the linen bedding surface was not tidy and mugs as grease on the surface. I had stayed the hotel for 5 days and requested the daily cleaning as usual. The third time completed cleaning and request cleaning card dropped on the floor and not hang on the back door of lockset. The fourth day was same as cleaning card on the floor. Refill coffee and tea bags was not convenient to ask receptionist pack up those items. The toilet and bathroom is combined into one which is too small spacious."

"Well located in Cathedral Quarter, lots of bars and restaurants around and only 5 mins walk to the city center, service can improve a bit at reception"

"Traveled there especially for a very exclusive event and also stayed overnight. Castle hotel with a view of the water. Art in the park. Pool and wellness. Arrival from Belfast city airport by train (towards Bangor). Only a few meters walk from the platform to the hotel."

"Everything's lovely! Really enjoyed my stay here. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you might need, which made self-catering really easy. All the rooms were clean, comfortable, and nicely kept – you can tell the place is well looked after. Would happily stay again!"

"The apartment is big enough. All things are ok. Free underground parking is provided and it’s very convenient to go to the apartment directly via the lift. The staff are helpful. The pan is scratched and they immediately provided the new one. Tesco superstore is just next to the door, very convenient for shopping food. Very good for family trip when you want to cook for yourself."
