Belfast Hotels with Parking

The hotel's soundproofing is excellent and the facilities are good, which I'm very satisfied with. It's probably the best soundproofed hotel I've stayed in so far. The location is decent; it takes about 12 minutes to walk to City Hall. What I was most satisfied with was the hotel restaurant's soup, which was rich and delicious every day. However, the service was quite disappointing. Some front desk staff treated me differently, though most were okay. Perhaps it was because there were no Chinese guests present that I experienced some differential treatment. There were a few hiccups right after check-in. As a solo female traveler, for safety reasons, I requested not to have a room at the end of a hallway. Front desk staff #1 told me only high-floor end rooms were available. After going up, I found the room was on the 7th floor directly facing the elevator. I then asked front desk staff #1 to change rooms, and she then said there was an empty room on the 6th floor. Upon entering, I discovered the window glass was cracked, with a large crack. Feeling unsafe, I requested another change and went downstairs to find front desk staff #2. Front desk staff #2 had a very good attitude and apologized, promising to find me a room with an intact window. At this point, front desk staff #1 impatiently said that she had already changed my room three times and I was still not satisfied. She said she would handle it and then had a private conversation in the local language. Afterwards, front desk staff #2 gave me a cold stare. I argued that I was only asking for changes because they hadn't given me a satisfactory room. Front desk staff #1 then gave me a low-floor room that was very noisy and close to the driveway. I was very angry at this point; 3300 for two nights, I shouldn't have to endure such discomfort. The front desk staff explained that most of the hotel's rear-facing windows had cracked due to a fire downstairs half a month ago. Front desk staff #1 said that due to an Irish music festival, the hotel was fully booked that day. I asked if I could change rooms early the next morning at 7 AM. Front desk staff #1 said no, as they weren't sure if there would be new bookings that day. I found this strange, because even if there were new bookings, those guests would only check in after 1 PM, so a morning change should definitely be possible. After my strong insistence, front desk staff #1 found the room next to the one with the cracked glass on the 6th floor, and her attitude suddenly improved significantly. I just found it a bit odd, meaning that this room was also empty before she gave me the cracked glass room. I also suggested to them beforehand that they should ideally create a list of rooms with cracked windows and inform guests in advance during check-in to avoid unpleasant surprises. From then on, front desk staff #1's attitude towards me was excellent. She even proactively gave me a new room card and helped me store my belongings. However, on the first night of my stay, having not slept the night before, I was extremely tired and fell asleep at 9:00 PM. 15 minutes later, housekeeping knocked on my door, waking me up, saying they were delivering water. I opened the door to find no one there. I then contacted front desk staff #2 to ask what happened. Front desk staff #2 said housekeeping made a mistake. I said that's fine, but could I please have two bottles of water? Front desk staff #2 said my room type didn't qualify for complimentary water delivery. But I was woken up and felt very uncomfortable, so I asked front desk staff #2 if I could speak to the manager. Front desk staff #2 said the manager was not available. I expressed that the hotel's service made me very disappointed. At this point, the manager took over the phone and asked front desk staff #2 to bring me the water. A few minutes later, front desk staff #2 delivered the water with a scowl. Other aspects of the hotel were quite good, it's just that the first day's experience was a bit unpleasant. However, on the following two days, front desk staff #1 was very warm towards me, and there was also a male front desk staff member who was very helpful. Although the room was a bit cold and the bed felt chilly, he brought me a down comforter, which was a nice touch. Overall, it was okay.

We had such a lovely stay at AC Hotel Belfast as a family of four. We arrived in Belfast early in the morning and reached the hotel at around 11am, so we really appreciated the team arranging an early check-in for us. After travelling with a family, being able to settle into our room straight away made the start of our trip so much more comfortable. We were also welcomed with the cutest little gift in our room, such a thoughtful and personal touch that immediately made us feel special. The hotel itself is modern, comfortable and beautifully located on the waterfront. We loved the views across the River Lagan, and the location was incredibly convenient for exploring Belfast on foot. Most importantly, the hospitality was excellent. Everyone we met was warm, friendly and genuinely helpful throughout our stay. A comfortable, welcoming and memorable Belfast stay for our family of four. We would happily return and definitely recommend AC Hotel Belfast to families visiting the city. ❤️

We arrived hours earlier than check-in time and were allowed to park our car in the underground garage. This allowed us to take a bus or walk the 30 mins into the city centre, When we did check-in we were made up with the size and space available to us, 2 bedrooms, large dining table and good size kitchen area, it was also great to see lovely body wash and shampoo to use in the bathroom, everywhere was clean, we stayed 4 nts and the cleaner came in a tidied and change towels for us. The tesco shoo was handy for picking up some pizzas and wine, saving us some money when on a tight budget, we would definitely stay again,

The service was excellent; the staff were very helpful, answering all our questions with enthusiasm and attentiveness. The room itself was bright and clean. However, the window latch was broken, so we couldn't open it for fresh air. Also, the hotel isn't in the city center. After getting off the airport shuttle, it's about a 20-minute walk, which was quite a struggle in the cold and windy weather.

Unfortunately, our stay was very disappointing, especially considering we paid around £300 for three nights. The biggest issue was the sofa bed provided for our daughter. The mattress was extremely thin and uncomfortable, and she struggled to sleep properly throughout the stay. Breakfast was also a real let-down. The hot selection was very limited, with dried-out food and only scrambled eggs available. We asked whether fried or poached eggs were available and were told no. There was also no ham or cheese, so the breakfast felt very basic compared with what we expected from a Holiday Inn Express. Sleep was made even more difficult by the amount of noise at night. We could hear people coming and going, doors repeatedly slamming and noise from the rear of the hotel. On the positive side, the location was useful for exploring Belfast and the staff we dealt with were polite. However, for approximately £300, we expected a much more comfortable stay. The lack of sleep, particularly for our daughter, really affected our experience and unfortunately we would not choose to stay here again.

Great City centre location, close to the train station, if coming from the airport. Also within walking distance to attractions such as the Grand Opera House and City Hall, as well as wider Belfast. The room of the hotel was spacious though slightly dated, also had some issues with the TV signal but that could have been a fluke.

Brilliant red brick stately home type hotel. Full of charm and has a lovely front garden. You have full access to all living and dining area on the ground floor at any time, which is great for photos and relaxing. Our room was a small loft but had a great view from the bathroom of the hills over the city. The City tour bus goes past the hotel because apparently it used to be occupied by the main builder of the Titanic. It is a short walking distance to the stunning Queen's University and Botanic Gardens. Ryan's restaurant is a great shout for homely reasonably priced Irish food and drink. The lady at the front desk also gave us direct assistance to book our trip on the Causeway tour. Highly recommend.

The Malone Hotel in Belfast offers newly renovated, large, and modern rooms that are very comfortable and stylish. The self-service breakfast is good with decent variety, and it's within easy walking distance to lots of restaurants along Malone Road and nearby areas. However, while the description mentioned free parking, it's actually 10 GBP per night, which was disappointing; we also had a room close to the elevator, which was noisy at night as we could hear everyone going up and passing our room. Overall, a solid choice for a convenient stay despite the parking hiccup and noise issue.

The biggest drawback is its location, which is quite rural, surrounded by nature parks, and small residential towns. On the plus side, the rooms are genuinely spacious. This time, I stayed near the edge of the building, with windows on two sides. One of the windows opens to a view of distant snow-capped mountains 🏔️. Additionally, the soundproofing and cleanliness were excellent. The air control system can be a bit noisy, but once it’s turned off at night, the room is wonderfully quiet. The hotel also features its own gym and swimming pool, which include some classes, a sauna, a steam room, and a hydrotherapy pool. While it can get busy during peak hours, it never felt overcrowded. Many of the club members are local residents, and listening to their amusing banter in the steam room was quite entertaining. Staying at a hotel alone is such a blissful way to relax. When I get home, I’ve decided to upgrade my bedding and incorporate sauna sessions into my routine!

From Belfast International Airport, take bus No. 300 to Queen Street, and it only takes 3 minutes to walk to the hotel. The hotel is also close to the commercial street and some attractions, and can be reached quickly by walking or taking the bus.
