The ******* online listing for this property shows pictures of a well stocked communal kitchen. They describe the kitchen as a “top family friendly amenity”. Marketed therefore as a well equipped self catering accommodation! Imagine my surprise when I arrived for a six night stay to find that whilst the kitchen had a kettle, a toaster, a microwave and a cooker, it completely lacked crockery, cutlery, saucepans or pans of any description. There wasn’t even a cup or a spoon to make a cup of tea never mind a meal. I raised the matter with reception who said ******* know the kitchens are not equipped but that they have no control over how ******* choose to market the accommodation. I sent an email to ******* setting out all of the above. I received an automated reply saying they would get back to me within 24 hours. I am still waiting. Four days ago I messaged QUB asking for an explanation. Again I am still waiting. I think both ******* and QUB are expecting me to go away and forget about it. Sadly, I am going to disappoint them in that regard.

It was super stay there . The environment is beautiful and comfortable Check in was easy and quick . Room is clean and tidy with a beautiful view of the residence environment. The walk to the city centre takes 20 minutes if you are a fast walk but it is nice and comfortable walk .

Excellent location very clean with staff who are very courteous and professional

It was perfect for an overnight stay, great location.

Neighbour was a bit noisy.
