Dishonest hotel with false advertising. I arrived at the hotel and there was a guest complaining about the air conditioning in his room not working. I asked the staff and they said it was a problem on the ninth floor. I told them I wanted a quiet room with the air conditioning working. They placed me on the twentieth floor. The air conditioning was not working either. I complained and they said they were fixing it. LIE, none of the rooms had the air conditioning working. I cancelled the reservation and went to look for another hotel. Deceivers and liars!

I really liked it, the space was very well organized. The only thing that bothered me a little was the smell of the carpet, but I found the experience to be very positive.

There was the embarrassment of being charged at the time of check in. Going through the stress of proving that the card had already been charged.

Horrible noise in the hallways, knocking on doors. They didn't clean my room for 2 days! And when they decided to clean, they didn't even change the dirty sheets. I hated it.

The service attitude of the front desk attendant was extremely poor. The taxi I called for me had already started the meter when I got in the car. I asked the driver about it, but he pretended not to know. However, I know it is impossible for the meter to jump so much when I get in the car tomorrow. I rejected the fraudulent driver and reported it to the front desk and called a new taxi. The girl at the front desk said there were no other cars. When I asked her which direction the nearby Av. Brasil was, she also shook her head and pretended not to know. How could she not know such a famous street? She must be unhappy because I didn't cooperate with her and was cheated by the driver.

Small room, no privacy, bathroom with toilet with a broken lid. Hotel with abusive prices for products, no breakfast and no water for consumption. It is well located, has a beautiful view, but for the price per night I expected more. Paid parking (bundled sale)

The room is small, but very comfortable. Impeccable cleaning. I missed having a minibar, as it doesn't have one. Overall, it's good.
