comfortable hotel for transit, location not far from the airport, good service, friendly staff I will book again for my next trip

Restaurant has nice ambiance and various meals. also thank you for giving us a complimentary drive to the airport with a special car. Looking forward to our next stay.

Location is good for transfers in jakarta soekarno hatta airport. Cleanliness can be improved. Our airport transfer driver was courteous and his service was excellent.

The facilities are more than you would expect. The staff friendly and helpful. If you are a non smoker request a room not near the smoking rooms as the smell drifts into your room.

An amazing hotel with super attentive staff. I’d recommend staying here especially when you’re flying off somewhere out from the nearby airport

Im pleased during my short stay. Hotel is clean, service are good. Staff are helpful and courteous with their greetings and sincere smile. I like their free shuttle service to the airport. Facilities are almost complete with swimming pool, gym, billiards and welness spa plus their unique Durian resto. There is only one glitch that happened in the Rimba Durian resto that the staff have forgotten to placed our food orders, we have waited for 1&1/2 hours until we sense something not right.. staff have asked for apology..but honestly my excitement to have try their local cuisine melts off.. But generally, rating still all good for me.❤️.

Nasi goreng rice was too salty from restaurant  Grab taxi always goes first into warehouse next to hotel , there are no signs for hotel font entrance  Front desk is excellent  Rooms are clean  Shuttle to airport every half hour  Grab taxi cancels pickup there a few times before a taxi will pick up you , just as a heads up 

Nice location and good for catching morning flight Service was good and most staff are friendly and helpful Close to airport and shuttle bus for free swimming pool and food are nice But.. the room was soooooooooo far away and they gave me a room 274 which is at the end of a 200meter corridor and turn left at the very end, most importantly without clear signage of where the room is, had to walk back and forth for 400meters before finally reaching my room

Location near airport, provide free shuttle to airport. Breakfast was fantastic, room was just clean only comment is tv was rather small.

Use WhatsApp to manage the shuttle service from airport to hotel. Concierge and front desk impressed me by their passion to deal with issue. Pizza and pasta are delicious, buffet breakfast with many choices exceed my expectation.

Huge hotel with enormous pool, sauna, hot tub, gym, rooftop restaurant, and so much more. The free shuttle bus to the airport was a nice touch. I'd stay here again if I need something close to the airport.

I recently stayed at this hotel near the airport and was extremely disappointed. As a frequent guest of 4 and 5-star hotels, I expected much higher standards. Here’s a breakdown of my experience: •Unpleasant Odors: The bathroom in our family room reeked of a strong, fishy odor, and the water had an unmistakable iron smell. This was both off-putting and unacceptable. •Overall Disappointment: Considering the hotel’s 4-star rating, the quality of hygiene and service fell far below expectations. A hotel of this caliber, especially near the airport, should prioritize guest comfort and transparency in its policies. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a reliable and comfortable stay.
