Just for a small feedback I hope your management can look into it.
The swimming pool and the ladder is too steep hope can change to wider for the elderly or young children to step on it. Hope can do a step in front of the ladder, elderly or disabled guests to step down from the platform of the swimming pool.
The toilet most of the shower head needs to upgrade.
We will inform our friends and family come over here to enjoy it. We will back here again .

Very clean, new, every essential i need available. Water just outside , very convenient, fast check in out process. Location superb. Have shuttle to mall and terminal . It was immediate , so good. It was raining and separate occassion I was on low blood sugar to go terminal with my bag so i requested shuttle. Great pick up. Storage available, no hassle. Im 5/5 satisfied. I check out late upon request , its allowed , nice. Room has vibrant colors , nice sea view too.

Easily accessible location just next to Batam Center.
Quick check-in with welcome drink
Lobby was a busy week
Just take note add-on for breakfast, price differs from adding in upon check-in and walking in at the restaurant.
A good location with good sunlight setting in.

Staff were all very friendly and accommodating. They offered nice cool pineapple drinks on arrival, and offered to bring up any extra items we needed, like towels and pillow. On the next morning, cleaning staff even combined our single beds to become a larger bed.
Only downsides were that the hotel felt a little old and the pool was small and just next to the celebratory area. The gym is functional but rather small and some machines were not working well.
Love the way they are sustainable in using a carafe for room water and using the water filling machine. Tiny things like the slightly larger toothpaste and single use tooth brush is nice.

The staff were friendly and welcoming from the moment I arrived. The room was clean, spacious, and well-equipped with everything I needed, including a comfortable bed and a modern bathroom. I also really enjoyed the breakfast buffet
