I had a wonderful stay! The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. I asked for a room with a sea view, and they kindly upgraded me to a room on the 35th floor with a stunning panoramic view of both the sea and the entire city. During a city-wide power outage that lasted the whole day, the hotel continued to operate as usual with full electricity, while other hotels were left completely in the dark. I was truly impressed and very satisfied with my stay!

Not much I can say really, the room I was allocated was dreadful so dark and dull and I was unable to open the curtains (dark black no net curtains or blinds) as I was on the 1st floor and there was a walk way fire escape outside my window which allowed people to look into the room. The amount of cigarette butts outside the window on the ground was crazy. The food was also so bad we had to find restaurants outside after paying for full board. The staff although nice they seemed to be under pressure which caused long delays at the various bars and reception.
I won’t be returning….

The location if you are looking for the beach and tranquility is perfect, but if you are looking for the noise of the party and so on, we are already talking about 3 km from the hotel. The only drawback that I would put is the food, little variety for a 4-star hotel. Of course, the spectacular views and panoramic elevator!
Pdt: improve the issue of food please; Also take advantage of those tables that you have to put more variety of food and not repeat the same food on each side of the buffet.

Out of 10 I really liked this hotel and its very friendly staff, the pool and my favorite mojitos, the very comfortable bed, the super spacious shower, everything was great, I would return a thousand times 😁

Magnificent service as well as the facilities, the food, could be improved some lunchtime, but very good, and always great attention at reception, and hoping to return next year.
Only request, more soap and shampoo in the bathroom.

We stayed here for the Easter weekend and was overall disappointed with the hotel. It is not a four-star. I have stayed in better three stars. The decor has not been touched since it opened, although the room was okay the air conditioning didn't work properly but the bathroom was okay with a good shower and cracking views from the 12th floor off the small block. The block that we were in had six lifts, four were only for four people but if you had your suitcases you struggled to get in yourself. The pool area was quite nice but the sun beds were rammed together like sardines in a tin and when the hotel is full to capacity then I dare say people will struggle to find sunbeds. The hotel was kept quite clean. The food was very disappointing I only had one breakfast as the eggs were either undercooked or stayed on the hot plate and overcooked to rubber, the sausages were so basic that they were absolutely tasteless. The choices at lunch and dinner were very limited and I have had better food and choice in a three star hotel. The snack bar served chips, burgers and rolls, also sandwiches made up like you were buying a meal deal at your local Tesco's. Although we were all inclusive we ate out twice and drank out over the road in a beautiful Spanish bar where you know it's good because it is filled with the locals and it was only two euro 40 a point. The drinks for the all-inclusive what's very good actually with Amstel being the main lager. The brandy and the local Bailey's were also excellent. As the hotel was not strictly for all inclusive there were bed and breakfast, half board and full board guests as well. This sometimes causes problems at the bar because you not only have to show your all-inclusive wristband but your room card to guarantee that you were all inclusive, if you were in a long queue behind people who were paying by cash or card it seemed to take forever to get a drink and on some occasions I even see the bar staff helping themselves to drinks. Most of the bar staff were just doing their job and didn't seem to interact with anybody like I have experienced in other hotels with other bar staff. The hotel's location was quite good being only five minutes from the beach and a 10 Euro taxi ride into the Old town or a 45 minute walk back through the side streets. Check out was at 12 noon and you have to hand your room card back in and the all inclusive finish at 12 noon so if you have got an afternoon departure you have to pay for your food and drinks.

We stayed at this hotel for 5 nights, having booked in a rush we only realised how far outside benidorm old town it is a good 30 min walk or get the bus right outside the hotel approx 1.6 euros ito old town and a taxi back at night 10-12 euros. Now the hotel reception is huge it has check in desks shops a cafe a bar etc and 7 lifts some very small lol. Our room was ok not great not bad on the 18th floor. The room was clean and kept clean so well done to the staff, they have no kettle but you can request one for free at reception. Breakfast was ok but this hotel is used by Spanish coach companies so can get busy. Plenty of bars and restaurants close by and a supermarket as well. All in all a nice hotel apart from the distance from benidorm old town.

Anna, credit to your hotel! Thank you for making us feel so welcome! 100% recommend, the views are breathtaking and we had the place to ourselves for the first half hour! Spotlessly clean and hygienic, twenty euros for an hour. Perfect way to begin a holiday!

I was nervous reading the reviews but so glad we stuck it out! Food wasn’t anything special but it kept us fed and there was a supermarket within 2 minutes walking distance if you wanted anything else. We were all inclusive which included local spirits and Estrella beer with various mixers which we were happy with. The sky bar was €15 each and included a cocktail, well worth it! Beautiful views and attentive staff. The room was a little dated and things did need repairing around the hotel but we saw they were making efforts to do so. Pool was chilly but what do you expect for March! Staff were lovely and tried to help as much as possible even with the language barrier. We would come here again and recommended just going with an open mind.

Just returned from Benidorm where we had a great stay at this hotel. Very clean and well situated with good close amenities including the beach, at the quieter end of Benidorm bay. Staff were pleasant, rooms cleaned everyday. We had breakfast only but no complaints there. We stayed for 4 nights and the weather was great which was a bonus so we were able to sit by the pool. Recommend this hotel.

My view on the Bali Hotel.. Ive just got back with my partner and child first thing you get when you arrive is WOW just by the sheer size and how beautiful the hotel is, we were greeted by Sandra the lady who checked us in and she done everything she could to provide us a room without a balcony to put us at ease with having our 17 month old who climbs everything haha! Now the negatives which I sort of new before I went but the food is terrible we were all inclusive n I think we ate 3 meals between the pair of us, really let's the place down as we weren't the only ones on about it.. all inclusive drinks are the basics you have to pay for the more exotic ones such as cocktails which should be included as they are in most other hotels I've stayed in! There's nothing really much around, very quiet but some people like that but if you have a child it isn't really the greatest however you can have a lovely walk to old town takes half n hour which we didn't mind helped kill part of the day.. The majority of the hotel is of guests that are +65 spanish folk, i think they must have deals on for OAPS which isn't a bad thing but you don't get your normal british humour/crack but however all them took time to talk to my son which was really nice as did staff! Hotel really clean, Bali Park which is connected is absolutely terrible n boring.. Pools are really cold but to be fair it was raining most days haha overall like 3/5 experience at a push but each person rates thing differently

Stayed at the gran Bali and was a little put off when first read the reviews. Just got back to day after 4 nights had really great time ,there was always something to eat plenty of choice ,plenty of choice of drinks on the all inclusive. We found all the staff friendly and helpful . The rooms are clean . It is a busy hotel with lots of Spanish guests Found them to be friendly enough The only downside was the lifts they are a bit slow but that’s not the end of the world

This is the worst hotel if you’re from the uk as the staff do nothing for the English. We were waiting for nearly 30mins to be served in the restaurant and we watched say 40 people all Spanish come in after me and my son and the head waiter served them all first. The male staff are ALL IGNORANT AND that waiter is very lucky he didn’t get laid out to sleep. They really hate on the English at this hotel. There rude as hell the male staff especially but even some of the female staff are also. No complimentary water in the room when checking even after asking they just hang up the phone on me .. ..not child’s friendly hotel and the glasses are so dirty on the table .. you definitely have to pay for a bottle of water even after i have all inclusive package which is absolutely ridiculous.. definitely a 0star. The bedsheet wasn’t changed.. I can continue..

It’s our first day here and so far everything is a disappointment. From the receptionist, to the room given and the worst is the main dining area. I get that it’s a big facility, but cleanliness and hygiene must be meet to a certain standard. Not to mention the ineffectiveness of the waiters. Nobody attended to us (no big deal, really) but then when we asked for something, two of the waitresses were not nice. We asked for a clean glass and that was a big mistake! The glasses, utensils and plates are dirty. I have never been to a place where they actually serve you with dirty wares. What a shame! We really looked forward to staying here :(
