The location is at the very end of gubei water town. It nice place because at the higher point if the town. Quiet place to stay and nice old design hotel. Great breakfast at the neighborhood hotel

Nice amd comfortable hotel,

The location is great, the place is great and worth to see but the problem was that the hotel was closed, and Ctrip asked at last moment to change hotel but no new voucher trip was sent to me! So When arriving to the location, I could not find in which hotel I should stay! I wasted more than two hours to find finally where I was booked and where was the place running with the luggage from one place to another. No reliable information by phone was given to me. The hotel is permanently closed but still existing on site and taking the booking on Trip site! It is not professionnal at all. I booked a room with balcony and view on mountains and finally when I found my new place, it was just ordinary room without view and without balcony, but Trip.com pretended that it was even more expensive and that they paid the difference. Avoid this booking in thsi hotel as it is simply closed. And now Trip.com still asks me to evaluate teh stay in thsi hotel...

Banshanju has few guest rooms and relatively few tourists. It is the only swimming pool in Gubei Water Town that is not open to the public. For guests staying in the hotel, it is like renting the whole place out!

Gubei Water Town Tickets for Two: The package comes with a scenic spot ticket. Summer Night and Evening Breeze Pool Gift Pack: I had a Chinese dinner for two at Wangjing Tower for dinner. I personally feel that two large and one snack are no problem. Double Hot Spring Experience Voucher: Yuda is recommended for hot springs. The indoor hot spring environment is good. Children are a little weaker. There is only one ocean ball pool. Facilities: Banshanju is on the hillside near the scenic area. The environment is private and quiet, and the view outside the window is good. Breakfast is a set meal, not a buffet, but the variety and quantity are also good, slightly exceeding expectations. Hygiene: The hygiene is relatively good, clean and reliable Service: It feels like it is off-season, there are fewer people, and the service is not bad. The response is timely and the attitude is good. The only feeling is that it is more troublesome to take the shuttle bus. The overall experience is very good.

In addition, the hotel does not have its own hot springs, so you have to go to other hot springs to soak, which is inconvenient. The hotel has a swimming pool, but I was told that it was under maintenance and I had to go to other hotels to swim. Later, I found that the hotel swimming pool was normal. After our negotiation, we could use it. In addition, because the room had no water and power outage, I called the front desk to inquire about the situation, but I couldn't get through. If I had any questions, I could only go to the front desk to ask, which didn't feel good.

Very good Gubei accommodation experience. Banshanju has its own shuttle bus. After we checked in, we took a yellow receipt as the scenic area shuttle bus ticket and took it to Sun Moon Island. Walk a few steps to the open space of the Great Wall Book Club, then call the hotel front desk, and the hotel shuttle bus will pick you up. My parents like it very much. The hotel has its own swimming pool. If you feel that the view from the balcony of your room is average, the hotel also has its own open platform for guests to watch the drone show at night. The angle is very clear. Our family watched two shows at 7:30 and 8:30. In a short one-day and one-night trip to Gubei, all the staff of Banshanju were very patient and enthusiastic. I still have to give Ctrip countless good reviews. I will book my next trip to the Maldives with Ctrip. Although something unpleasant happened when I stayed in Gubei this time, Ctrip really took good care of its customers and showed infinite sincerity. It really made Gubei a good choice. I have stayed in Beishui Town twice a month. This time I didn’t stay in the hotel I always wanted to stay in. Gubei’s sincerity is really a bit too average. I have visited more than 20 times for a single family trip.

This time I stayed in Room 510. The balcony view was great and I could see the drone show. It was just as great as the view rooms at the William Hotel. The photo is of the view from the balcony. However, the interior of the house is made of logs and the roof is made of beams, so it is not very comfortable to sleep on.
