New hotel ,very helpful reception staff. Excellent location. Great breakfast selections.

Good location, room with old style design but spacious and clean. Normal staff behavior. The swimming pool is too dirty to swim. Old TVs that are not Smart TVs cannot watch YouTube. The strong point is the delicious breakfast with many dishes.

The location of the hotel is very good as it is located on a tourist street. The hotel is also kept clean and the staff are very friendly. I will visit again next time I come to visit.

The location is good and the price is very reasonable. It was nice to have a restaurant across the street, which I like, and the room is clean.

We were here for a night , with a tour group of 20. The room condition is good, the breakfast buffet food selection is great. We enjoyed ourselves very much despite a brief stay here. The receptionist Tram is very friendly. Overall it’s a great experience.

This is my third time visiting Romance Hotel. Each visit has been enjoyable. The rooms are always clean and ready for me when I arrive. The staff is great! They are ready to help in any way they are able. I highly recommend this hotel. I will stay here any time I travel to Hue.

Highly recommend this hotel. It is well located and there are exceptionally helpful and knowledgable staff at the front desk and breakfast area. The rooms are spacious, quiet and clean. We visited some areas on the recommendation of staff and it was a wonderful experience.

Very nice and very friendly personel. Comfortable room with very good bathroomwith bath, separate shower and heated toilet. Restaurant is ok with good breakfast and nice view over the city. On tge ground floor there is a pleasant coffeebar/restaurant.

We got upgraded, so we were blown away at the views and layout of our room. While, we only stayed for two nights, we made great use of the services and facilities available to us. We were so impressed by the buffet, restaurant and pool! Sad to have to move on, as staff were always so friendly and kind. A really lovely place to stay 🙂

We had room 518 on the fifth floor. It was spacious with a huge double bed, free toiletries and tea/coffee making facilities. The bathroom had a bath and a large walk-in shower cubicle. We stayed two nights and enjoyed the breakfast on both days, although it was a bit manic.

The hotel was recommended by a friend and it proved to be an excellent choice . Within walking distance of citadel and river. Lots of excellent restaurants around the corner. Staff friendly and helpful. Rooms very clean and tidy Would recommend

The Romance Hotel is a wonderful hotel with wonderful staff, we had a pleasant walk around the local area to see the near by attractions and had a meal in a near by restaurant. We had a wonderful time. If we come back to the Hue area we would definitely stop at the Romace Hotel.

Had been here for a few time, the service from the hotel is excellent, especially Tram she’s has been very helpful during my stay here. Location wise is at the city of hue, rooms a little smaller and old but overall it’s clean. Will visit again if there’s a chance I’m back to this city agaim
