It is our regret to know that you are not satisfied with your stay at our hotel because of the noise, so please let us to give our explanation per followings: First of all, we would like to reconfirm that we do not have any cleaning or clearing activities during that time which may affect guests’ sleeping time, so after receiving your feedback, we already double check with our team and find out in this morning, there are two groups in the same floor with your room must prepare to check-out early before 6am due to guests’ early flight, then this is maybe the reason for the noise this morning, we are so sorry about this. In regards the comment about bottles of water, as per hotel’s policy, we will set up 02 complimentary bottles of mineral water in the room for 02 guests per day, in this case, it is our Housekeeping’s mistake to set up 03 bottles (instead of 02 bottles). By the way, it is our pleasure to inform that beside free bottles of water set up in the room, we do have the free water station located right in the lobby for guests to refill their water to drink and to avoid using plastic to help in protecting our environment. Actually, these are unexpected issues, and it makes you unhappy when staying with us, then make us unhappy too, so we are really sorry for that and do hope for your understanding.
