Honestly, the place is good and the location is amazing. However, the cleanliness was just below average and I saw a few bedbugs crawling around. The shower wasn’t draining properly. I informed the receptionist, and while they were apologetic, it seemed like nothing was actually done because my shower flooded again. I paid SGD50 per night, and honestly, you can find a better hotel for that price. I couldn’t sleep for one night because I got bitten by bedbugs. Anyway, not much more to explain.

Lovely room, very clean, central, can walk to My Khe beach, staff amazing, particularly the travel agent. Fantastic will stay again & recommend

I was very pleased when I checked in here, the room was exactly the same as the photo provided, I also liked the view from the room at night.

The location is great! We have used their laundry services and our clothes were returned in less than 24 hs clean and smelling so great. The bed was huge and very comfy and their staff super friendly and helpful

The hotel was situated in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood, especially when compared to other areas. Thanks to daily housekeeping, I was able to enjoy a clean and fresh room every day.

For the undemanding guest. This is definitely not a 4-star property; it's more of a 3-star. It's not far from the beach.

A good, clean hotel. It features comfortable bathroom facilities and a designated smoking area, which is convenient for those who need it. The staff are friendly and speak excellent English, and housekeeping is prompt and thorough.

If you need a quiet place to stay, this is it. Away from the busy highways but still accessible from beach, coffee shops, food shops/marts. They staffs are very attentive, gave compensations for missed bfast, and even delivered some of the items we left after our checkout at our new destination (free of charge, even tho we insisted to pay). Highly recommended!

Really poor, do not stay here unless you are happy with a one star venue, booked 5 nights, left after one night, hotel does not match description, beware.

The hotel was nice. However, the information about checkin provided on trip was wrong. It was stated that we can check in from 10, but realistically we were able to do it at 14.
