H3 Hotel Rotterdam City Center Reviews

For me, my experience and my expectations the room was okay, but the room in the  corner is a little dirty. And have mosquito and I can’t sleep well  😴because of that I thought I can relax and rest but not but yea  and their elevator I feel I’m stocked when I’m inside   Because of the door  I hope they fix it so anyone not scared when they use it  🙏 and.  The staff are friendly they assist you with the smile 😊 thank you

Convenient transportation, easy access to shopping, attentive service, and comfortable rooms.

Long wait just to check-in, there was merely one person working the front desk. . Friendly receptionist though. There were no choices except a room without a window. It is located in a dungeon-like, secluded part of the hotel building. The exhaust fan keeps running the entire time and becomes a nuisance at night. There is a stench inside the room and the corridoor was even worse. The world hydrogen summit and exhibition was in town and I ran out of options, otherwise, I would have chosen another premise.

The place is nice, near attractions. The staff are really nice. But the room had some insects , and I am grateful that the staff helped me to clean it

There where 2 recepcionist when i arrived i can not say the name as i didnt ask but they where pretty nice the best thing for sure also the room for the price was top

I cannot find a hotel because of the exhibition in Rotterdam so I choose this one.

This hotel is trying very hard to earn your heart. Very good location. If you are a solo traveler like me. This is the hotel for you at Rotterdam.

A very normal hotel. Not consider next time. There will be more other choices in Rotterdam.

The staff were very friendly and helpful in any situation. They helped me with ideas and directions as it was my first trip to the city. The hotel is good and clean, it provides what the value of the stay is. Some People expect more service for less value paid. Good location and near everything by walk. You are expected to pay a deposit of €50 which i got it back on my check out.

Pretty decent hotel with the proven facilities but the elevator is painfully slow.

The room was dirty, amenities were missing, and breakfast wasn't provided. Overall, it was a very poor experience.

No kettle Air con max up to 20 C only Shower water wetted the wash room. Left is of old style and luggages have to be carried 5 steps to the left lobby

The exterior of the hotel look ok. However, the internal function of the hotel need a lot of rooms for improvement. Thankfully, I only stay for 2 nights, but need to bear with all the inconveniences. First, the lift is not working. Was assigned a small room at level 2. I have to carry my luggage up to my room by stairs. Second, other guests left their rubbish along the corridor and there was no clean up. Quite disgusting to see this in a hotel. To be honest, this was the most dirty hotel I ever stay. Third, there was blackout on 2 occasions. Thankfully, I am not halfway through my shower. Though it was recover within an hour, it is unacceptable. Fourth, there was no storage place for luggage if you arrive early or want to check out late. You were asked to place your luggage at a construction area in a corner of the hotel at your own risk Fifth, there is a need to place a €50 deposit. This is also the only hotel I encountered in Europe which required to pay a deposit. Overall, I won't recommend this hotel. To be fair, the staff are friendly.
