Good hotel with clean and comfortable room!
Breakfast was very delicious and with a lot of choices.
The parking just in front of the hotel outside.
The location just walking distance to all sightseeing.

Good breakfast, but there should be more choices available if one should stay for 2 or more days

This is the best 4-star hotel I have ever stayed in in Europe. It's a quiet, clean and beautiful hotel located within walking distance from the station! Adjacent to the tourist center. Breakfast was also more than sufficient.

Facilities: Facilities are OK

Environment: Just next to the pedestrian street in the city center, but not noisy, the location is very good

The room was very well equipped and clean.
The breakfast buffet is very rich and really has something for every taste.
Service was very friendly and accommodating everywhere, whether at the reception, at the bar or in the breakfast room.
There are enough parking spaces in the garage, but the parking spaces for charging the electric cars are very difficult to park in and out of if more than 1 space is occupied and the cables are extremely short.

It was located right next to Brno Square, so it was so good to travel.
The breakfast was good and the staff were all friendly.
The parking fee was about 400 crowns for a day's parking.
If I go again, I intend to visit again.

Very extensive gym facilities. This was the main purpose to stay here. Not the newest equipment but still in good condition.

Stayed here for 3 nights in January.
The hotel has an excellent location in the Old Town; walkable to most of the key sights.
The rooms were comfortable and very clean. The lobby and bar area in the hotel was great and the bar staff were very friendly and welcoming.
Reception staff were also very pleasant apart from one who seemed to work the evening shift - she was unwelcoming and unfriendly.
The airport is about 15-20 minutes away (Brno-Tuřany).
Would recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again.

This was our second time in this hotel. Good and safe parking option / garage. Hotel staff friendly and helpful as always. Breakfast is amazing with many options, including lactose free products, like the cake selection. Recommend.
Hotel has 2 restaurants and ******, didn't try this time.
Unfortunately some other guests were very loud during night time (2 a.m.), did not respect other guests.

A beautiful hotel, has had many prominent guests staying there. Very large and in the city center. Very clean and comfortable. Very good breakfast with an excellent selection of food

11 nights. Room was good. Comfortable bed. Good shower. Had one dinner meal and food was nice. Breakfast has varied choice. Good service.
The lady doing the fresh eggs/ omelettes gives off the impression she hates people! Doesn’t acknowledge your arrival to order, then just looks up as if to say” what?!”, you order and she thrusts you a table number! I always made a point of my please and thank you very loudly but from her, nothing but dirty looks! This was in no way how the other staff where, they were very polite and professional!

Stayed a couple of nights and also ate in the restaurant which was absolutely superb and the room comfort were both quite excellent. The signing at the hotel is a little confusing initially as the reception is on floor 3 but isn’t clear and to where to go. The restaurant is on floor 1 so again that might not be too obvious! All of that aside a really good quality place with great rooms and great food on offer.

Absolutely beautiful hotel! I can highly recommend this hotel, it has not only great location, but it is truly beautiful and elegant, has a lovely atmosphere and staff if amazing! We stayed 5 nights and didn’t find any mistake, the hotel is clean, rooms are in a good condition and has parking. Maybe the only thing I would say, they didn’t need to Charge for a baby cot, as this should be automatically added when required, but otherwise all was amazing! Great breakfast too! Special thanks to breakfast staff Andrea who also kindly always helped us to clean our baby bottles. She was amazing!
