Mikie Holiday Resort & Hotel ★★★★
"Hotel room soundproof not so goo"
Uluna Hotel ★★
"all good"
Sapo Karo Rest House ★★★
"Good hotel, thank you for the stay. Great"
Sinabung Hills Berastagi ★★★★
"The room was large, though a bit dated. There were a few plugs in the room, and the bed would have been perfect if it had been improved, but it was acceptable. The breakfast was good. The surroundings were beautiful and great for taking photos."
Hotel Sibayak Internasional ★★★★
"The hotel is located at the prime tourist attraction. However it’s a bit run down and they did not maintain the cleanliness. A part from the smelly towel, the furniture is outdated. The toilet has stains. The bedsheets is torn. The tv channels reception is bad. Also the hotel has no lift. Wonder why haven’t they changed all these? The only good about the hotel is the buffet spread. A lot of varieties and most staff are friendly & helpful. Nope. I won’t stay in this hotel after this. Thank you."
Danau Toba International Cottage Berastagi ★★★
"My experience here was truly wonderful. The location was unbeatable, with key attractions just a short walk away. The staff went above and beyond to ensure my comfort, offering personalized recommendations and making me feel like a VIP. The room was tastefully decorated and equipped with modern amenities, including high-speed Wi-Fi and a luxurious bathroom. I especially loved the on-site restaurant, serving delicious local and international dishes. Whether you're here for business or leisure, this hotel offers everything you need for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. I’ll definitely be returning on my next trip! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐"
Alloyna Country Cottage Brastagi ★★
"This place was recommended by a friend, and although it was a little over our budget we went and booked it anyway. We travelled as a group and took 10 rooms. The rooms were very clean but they were too damp, in some rooms the water heaters were not working properly, the pillows were in poor condition. All the furnitures were beautifully handmade but all were too low that they were not really comfortable. Some beds were not in good shape. The complimentary breakfast could be much better, maybe like adding local fruits to the selection (we paid 500k-750k per room). Putting the owners’ potraits in the guest bedrooms was a little eerie 😅. However, the service was exceptionally good, manager was super friendly."
Villa Berastagi Highland 8KK ★★★
"The staff is quick to respond. There is an issue with water supply and the staff come immediately after being call. The villa is quite clean and in good condition and well maintained. The only downside is the sound system can be upgraded."
Collection O near Museum Pusaka Karo formerly 3 Berastagi ★★
"Staying at Collection O near Museum Pusaka Karo, formerly 3 Berastagi, is quite comfortable for a budget hotel. Its strategic location, close to the Museum Pusaka Karo, makes it easy to get around. The rooms are clean and standard, perfect for a relaxing break. The amenities are quite complete for the price, and the staff is friendly. Overall, it's worth it if you're looking for affordable accommodation in Berastagi 👍"

RedDoorz Near Mikie Holiday Funland Berastagi
"Very close to Mikie Funland. Polite staff. Nice room with small chairs and coffee table, spacious bathroom. Not soundproof. These were acceptable since its a budget hotel. BUT Compare to Parapat RedDoorz, this room provided small old towels. No bottled water, the sheets were not so clean, a weird smell made my friend almost vomit. She had to spray perfume to overcome the smell. The floors were not properly swept and mopped. We found hair everywhere and no rubbish bin provided."
Panorama Guest House Syariah
"Good day everyone. I will never forget my stay at this dump; you can't call it anything else. Firstly, the bedding was dirty and stained. The 'towels' were two filthy rags, about 15x20 cm. Secondly, the windows in the rooms face the common corridor, not outside. Thirdly, the soundproofing is so bad that if someone uses the toilet anywhere, the entire hotel hears it. Now, about the service. We arrived at midnight, were given keys, and told, 'You can only have halal drinks and food here.' What they meant, I don't know, but I really wanted to leave. However, we were exhausted from our journey, and the money had already been paid. We asked the reception for help with a taxi, and they replied, 'There's a bus stop over there,' and told us to find a taxi ourselves. In conclusion, NEVER stay there."
