Bellman Hotel

There was a spider in the room, it crawled over my feet at night, it scared me. I called the staff to find it and strangled it, but the room was full that day so I couldn't change the room. It's in the Neukoelln district of Berlin, the neighborhood is a bit desolate. My room is next to the road, it's very noisy, I have to wear earplugs to sleep

The bed is super small, not recommended. Facilities: Very new, probably because it is a newly opened hotel. Environment: The surrounding environment is not very good, but it is very close to the subway. Service: Basically no service... Hygiene: The hygiene is OK, probably because the facilities are very new.

When I arrived at the hotel I went to my room and noticed that the entire bed was covered in different hairs. Then I went down to reception and was given a new room. From the ground floor I went with the chambermaid to the fifth floor to my new room, then back down to the third, then up again and back and forth. In the new room there was no paper in the bathroom. Then I reported to reception again and a man from room service came and simply pressed the paper into my hand at the door... When I asked if he could put it in the holder provided straight away, he looked a bit confused but then did it. The pictures are really deceiving. I can't recommend it, there are much better hotels that don't advertise themselves like that.
