There is no one at the front desk to check in, and the apartment door can't be opened, so it is impossible to check in. Moreover, the apartment is on the side of the road, and there is no place to park. It is very troublesome to rent a car and park, and you have to find your own parking space everywhere. Although the apartment has its own parking garage, it can only park 8 cars, which is equivalent to no parking. The experience was very bad.

There is a tram stop and a subway station downstairs of the hotel. The tram goes directly to Berlin Main Station in ten minutes, which is very convenient! Overall satisfied, very clean and spacious, kitchen equipment and utensils are complete. Although the check-in time was later than the manual check-in time, I checked in smoothly according to the hotel's instructions. The only thing is that it's not so quiet at night because it faces the street, but it's still acceptable.

Clean, the transportation is very convenient! There are many restaurants downstairs and there are many shopping options. The most impressive ones are the show gel and shampoo (we even checked how to buy them, but unfortunately they can only be purchased online and cannot be shipped to Asia) and the tea bag in the room. Overall, it is a good accommodation experience in Europe.

The hotel has an excellent location, right next to the metro and tram stop. The room was clean, well-furnished, and had everything needed for a comfortable stay. We stayed for just two days, but I believe it would also be convenient for a longer stay (7-10 days), as there’s a kitchen for cooking and even a yoga mat provided. The self-check-in process was not the most convenient. While checking in was easy, we were mistakenly charged a fine upon checkout. Since there’s no reception, it was difficult to get in touch with someone. However, I want to highlight that the issue was resolved, and the administration was understanding and helpful. Overall, a good place to stay, and I would recommend it!

The room was very big with a good wife connection. However when I entered it was smelling cigarettes. Same as reception. The lower bed sheet wasn’t there and given you are on the 1st floor on a central cross road you get to hear cars and trams all night quite loudly.

I am very disappointed with this hotel. They deducted €150 from my account without warning, claiming I smoked in the room, even though neither my friend nor I do. After a lengthy dispute, the hotel admitted the error and promised a refund, but by then I had already missed my train, was forced to buy a new ticket, and had to wait for the next one. The funds remaining on my card weren’t enough for a replacement ticket, so I had to borrow money. The hotel never responded to my emails about compensation. If you value honest service and respect for guests, look elsewhere.

I have actually stayed at this hotel many times. Overall, my experiences have been positive, but there are a few concerns I'd like to address. Firstly, while I often hear the sound of ambulances from my room, it doesn't feel disruptive, and I sleep comfortably. The Wi-Fi connection is excellent, which I appreciate. However, the communication could be improved. I have sent three emails regarding various inquiries, but I've only received a response to one of them. The last two emails went unanswered, and I'm not sure why that is. For instance, I wanted to inquire if I could pay for a late check-out, but I never received a reply regarding that question. Regardless of whether the requests can be fulfilled or not, I believe that guests should receive responses to their emails. Thank you for considering my feedback.
