My preference was not provided when we checked in. We asked for high floor and quiet room, but we were assigned 2nd floor and faced tram street. We were told to change on the next day, but we did not waste time on that again. Normally our high floor and quiet room should be granted and arranged by the hotel receptionist/reservation
on and before our arrival.

This hotel has nice common spaces in the lobby and at the rooftop terrace. Also appreciated the provided breakfast that had lots to choose from. My particular room was good - decent sized with a bathtub and a patio door that opened to the street. Note that on the weekend another space opens up off the lobby where DJs are playing. It seems to be a real hot spot. An issue only if you go to bed early and/or your room is right above. Mine was on the street side (104) so no issues. I’d happily stay here again for the location, value and brekkie.

Clean and comfortable hotel in a very ideally located part of Berlin. Close proximity to wonderful shops, restaurants and public transportation. Staff was very kind and helpful. I would definitely stay here again on my next trip to Berlin.

The rooms were nice for the size and had everything they needed. The only limitation were that the bathrooms and showers had glass door, would be preferable if there were more privacy - it wasn't clear you could use the closet door to hide the glass window.

Horrible. Total and absolute lack of cleanliness. The cleaner did not come for days and even though we went to complain at reception, everything continued the same and we even had to go ask for toilet paper. I think that in your policy you are confusing sustainability with lack of cleanliness and providing a decent and quality service. I would definitely not repeat with you. Horrorosa. Total y absoluta falta de limpieza . La limpiadora se pasó días sin ir y pese a que fuimos a quejarnos a recepción todo continuó igual y tuvimos que ir a pedir hasta papel higiénico. Creo en vuestra política están confundiendo lo sostenible con la falta de limpieza y el prestar un servicio digno y de calidad. Sin duda no repetiría con ustedes .
