Berlin Pankow 4-star Hotels

It's not too expensive for two people. It's quite comfortable. The hotel is also very big. There is a kettle in the room for boiling water. There are also slippers, which is very convenient. It's also very convenient to order food.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was quiet, clean, and had every facility that we required. The bed was very comfortable and we were able to choose pillows that suited us. We’ll definitely stay again.

The lady at the front desk was very warm and gentle. She took the initiative to ask us if we wanted to store our luggage and took care of us. The room was spacious, bright, warm and comfortable, with complete facilities.

The room was clean and tidy, the facilities were slightly old, and the door lock was not sensitive to open. Independent balcony, quiet environment, only one bus outside. Breakfast is rich and affordable. A total of 4 floors.

Posizione a 10 minuti da Alexanderplatz, struttura molto bella, camera ampia e confortevole, colazione eccellente, parcheggio in strada oppure a pagamento. Tutto perfetto  Assolutamente consigliato

I went because of the pool and I didn't use the pool because there was a conference on the day I went. I would like to put the pool notice more accurately on the homepage. Other room facilities were good.

Excellent hotel with a great location and 5 stops on the U8 from Alexanderplatz (10 minutes) close to the Ünterwelten (underground bunkers under the metro station) and flak tower (anti-aircraft gun tower WII). Breakfast fine, basic but plenty available. Friendly people. Good cleaning

Stayed for two nights, the sheets were fine, the towels were not replaced, the breakfast was at the same price, and the other stores in the boutique hotel were worse. The quality of the service staff was also the same. The waiter in the restaurant would not care about you except for greetings. The front desk was friendly, but not professional. Especially a woman, emotional management ability let me suspect that she has mental problems, I politely ask printing, she will not play, stuck in one of the steps, in fact, say that she will not do it, she suddenly raised the tone, very loud repeat: this is where I will not! Repeated several times, people who didn't know thought I quarreled with her... How can people with emotional management skills work at the front desk of a hotel that claims to be a 4-star hotel? I felt too outrageous anyway and scared me.
