ちちゃんみらI stayed here for one night on my way to San Seba. It was incredibly convenient, directly connected to the International Station, where the bus to San Seba departs. It was also just a few minutes from San Mame Stadium. The museum and the city center are within walking distance, about a 20-30 minute walk. The facilities are very clean and wheelchair accessible, with amenities and a welcome drink included, which was very helpful. It might be quite expensive during soccer season, but otherwise it's great value for money.

CchowThe hotel is in the city center, nearest to the train station, and there are many dining halls nearby. It is convenient and the front desk service is very attentive. When I booked the car rented at the train station online to pick up the car, I found that the car rental shop was now There is no service for decoration, only a piece of paper is posted to tell you to take a taxi for 15 minutes to go to the city center branch to pick up the car. It immediately caught fire. Due to the inconvenience of a lot of luggage, I went back to the hotel for help. The guy at the front desk called me very well The car rental company talked for a long time and asked the car rental company to drive to the hotel to pick us up and pick up the car. It costs €20 per day, and there is no parking directly at the hotel. Not a dealbreaker, but definitely something to know in advance.

I didn't realize I should have checked out until I went to the hotel at 2 or 3 in the afternoon and couldn't get in. After explaining the situation to the hotel, I didn't incur any fees. It's more humane than domestic hotels.

GGuest UserLoved my stay at Hotel Arriaga! The location is absolutely perfect – right in the heart of everything and super easy to walk everywhere. The room was clean, modern, and the bed was super comfy.
The staff were really lovely and gave us some great tips for local pintxo bars. The vibe is relaxed and unpretentious, which we appreciated.
Small note for light sleepers: ask for a room away from the street, as it can get a bit lively at night (but that's part of the charm of being in a great location!). The WiFi was also a bit spotty at times.
Overall, fantastic value for money. Would definitely stay here again for a casual city break!

WWalt from LAOverall good experience, good stay, good price, good sized room. Location was good. Beds were comfortable and not too small. Room was basic but we knew that going in. There was a microwave wave and fridge. It took us a while to figure out the air conditioning but it worked. There wasn’t soap in the bathroom. Some issues were that it being a dorm it didn’t have things that you would find in a hotel room like a blow dryer or cups. So we could heat water in microwave but we had to buy cups to hold the water in. If we had access to a kettle or a blow dryer or mugs, even paying to rent one would have made things easier. The laundry room did not accept coins so we had to download an app to wash our chonies. I’m not sure giving some app my credit info to be able to clean my chonies was worth it.

GGuest UserI stayed one night in a shared mixed dorm. The room and bathroom were clean, and the bed was comfortable. Staff were friendly and spoke English, which made check-in easy. Breakfast was basic but free, with bread, coffee, and juice. The hostel is not in the city center, but there is a bus stop right outside that takes you to the center in about 15 minutes. There is also a kitchen if you want to cook your own food, and lockers for your things. Good choice if you want something affordable and quiet.
