The surrounding restaurants and parking are convenient!

It would be a coincidence, but we met the cleaning girl in the elevator and she didn't even say good morning, at reception if you don't say hello, they don't say hello either. Regarding the hotel, a little expensive for a three-star hotel, small room, and the hotel in general a little run down. Expensive breakfast for a three star hotel.

床單有污漬，早上打掃衞生的工作人員動靜太大，隔壁好幾個房間都出來指責了，價格實惠的，在Bilbao算是很便宜了

El hotel Ilunion Bilbao tiene unas habitaciones muy amplias. En mi estancia nos tocó una habitación con cama muy grande y con ventana con vistas a las ciudad (Teniendo en cuenta que nos encontrábamos en un 10° piso. Hotel muy recomendable!!

This hotel was great! Our room was really nice, and an excellent value, and we liked the location. My only negative comment is we stayed there on a Saturday night. There's a club under the hotel (basement level). We were on the 13th floor and we still had trouble falling asleep because we could hear the bass from the club. This was not a problem at all on Sunday night, so most of the week it's probably fine.

Very clean and spacious room and fast check-in time at the desk. Friendly staff and well organised.

Hotel staff were not overly helpful when trying to contact them. Extremely noisy on both nights we stayed there both in and outside the hotel. Food selection was ok.

I liked there was free lemon water server at lobby. I would be very appreciated if there is free coffee service in room.

Excellent location- 10 minute walk from the bus station and close to the centre. Excellent restaurants nearby. The room and shower room were clean and comfortable. If you are in a eoom facing away from the street, the lights from a high-rise opposite are very bright and the curtains in the room do not block the light so if you need darkness to sleep, request a room street side. Really good breakfast. Reception staff were very professional and helpful. Really like the ethos of the hotel chain. Would stay again.

The price was good and hence I should perhaps not have expected much. The room was spacy but worn, damp and smelled really bad. The ‘view’ was a big ventilation system blocking all light from the window.

We asked for twin beds but got a double. We then separated them but every time the cleaning person would come in he/she would put them back together again When the room was cleaned, they didn't replace the dirty glasses nor have they cleaned them. Instead, they just left both laying there. In the morning, I did not want a full breakfast so I asked for a plain cup of coffee and they charged me 2,10 for that. I would have been a nice gesture to act differently since I was there for four days. The Wi-Fi is really bad in the evening. I complained about it in the front desk but the receptionist made it look like I wasn't logging in correctly. There was a fire drill and the guests were not previously warned! We were stuck in the elevator and people were coming down the stairs with their belongings in despair for absolutely nothing. There are only two power outlets in the room and we suspect there were also bed bugs Positive aspects: modern furniture, gym (but no water available there)

We stayed here for four nights in general everything was good the rooms were clean the cleaners friendly and efficient, we didn’t like the fact that we didn’t have a walk in shower, we had to climb into the bath, which in your seventies does not feel safe. The hotel was clean, the food good, breakfast was a bit disorganised there didn’t seem to anyone in overall charge so replenishing was not that good. The food at night was a basic choice, but good quality, we walked everywhere in the city from the hotel, probably abut 16,500 steps a day approx
