"The hotel is literally 5 mins walk from the airport. It was self check in, but always someone there to help. We got there late at night n was able to order food, which was really good. There are free shuttle buses on the hour, to the attractions. Just ask which side to catch the buses (it at the back). Definitely recommended. I would rather wait in the lounge area there, than the airport. Plenty to keep the kids occupied too, Lego, games, puzzles and books."

"The room was spacious and very comfortable for our large family. The dishwasher and microwave were also very convenient. However, there was only one shower, so the wait time for showering could be quite long. Bedding needs to be purchased separately. The room is very close to the water park and LEGOLAND, and there are restaurants and supermarkets nearby. It's also not too far from the bus stop and the free shuttle bus stop to LEGOLAND."

The only window faced an office, so we always had to face someone, which was very inconvenient. The toiletries in the bathroom were also sloppy. "It will house houses surrounded by greenery and playgrounds. Inside there is a vestibule, a bathroom, a kitchen with a living room (one of the walls is glass) and 2 bedrooms - closed with sliding doors. Not too much space, just enough to rest. Bed linen and towel available for an additional fee. There is electric heating. We wanted to feel the atmosphere of Legoland and we achieved it 100%. The area is well-kept, there are numerous figures made of Lego, and it's also time to celebrate Halloween. Was great. The children are delighted and so are we. A competition with prizes was organized for children from the "village". We had to find the letters for the password on the premises. There is a 24-hour reception with very nice staff, there is also a shop, a pizzeria (which was closed at the time) and a restaurant (you pay per plate and you can eat and drink as much as you want). The children were delighted because they put ice cream from the machine into the cup themselves and decorated it with whatever they wanted, and there is also a whole room for building Legos and playing Nintendo games."

"Located near Billund's city center, two supermarkets and several restaurants/pubs are within easy reach. The hotel has its own restaurant, which I didn't use. There's no air conditioning, as expected, but a mosquito net wouldn't have hurt; those who aren't bug-loving might find some in their rooms. I would have preferred a bit more thorough cleaning of the room and bathroom, but overall, I'm not complaining. The breakfast is plentiful but lacks a bit of sweets; it's mostly savory, and over a four-day stay, there wasn't much variety. The price is average for the country, a bit expensive for those coming from other parts of the world."

"The cabin we had was really nice (one of the ninjago ones) and it was quite comfortable. Although in general you can see the place is a bit dated and not quite new. The inside of the cabin was clean enough, but the dishes and certain things will be clean depending on the previous guests so I guess that is up to luck (we personally had no issue, maybe they make sure it is OK after the previous guests). Outside the cabin (like the terrace) was not that well taken care of, but it is quite understandable that the outside gets a bit dirtier. We rented the bed linen and towels so that we wouldn't have to travel with them, but it is odd that you get one set per person, and not for the beds you have. So we had 5 sheets and 4 beds, 2 of which are wider than the sheets we were given which is a bit odd. The other thing that would have made it better is if the windows would have nets to be able to open them without bugs coming inside. Also the lack of a microwave in the cabin was a bit odd. But that is as far as the negatives go. The workers were all very nice and helpful, as good as it can get in my opinion. The supermarket was a bit too small and had run out of some quite basic stuff, like they had no milk for instance. Luckily there is another supermarket not too far from the cabins in the Laland place which is a bit bigger."
