I had 3 nights stay and liked this hostel room spacecious and clean. The worker 'Arlan' is very friendly and helpful even knowledgeable if any queries, he would delighted to share and guide you. The cleaning ladies help to clean the room daily and replenishment are sufficient. Hostel in a strategic location about 10 mins walk to Osh Bazaar and you can catch local buses to everywhere in the center with only 20 som It is a worth for value and if I have a chance to be back to here in future, this definitely would be my first choice by heart and strongly recommend to all my friends. Thank You for your unconditional service and I have had a wonderful stay at your place

I changed our last plan. I requested a name change to my friend and it settled within 15 minutes. Great service by trip and hotel as well.

10 minutes walk from western bus terminal, bus from almaty terminate here, minibus to karakol departure terminal, actual per picture, very clean, reception is very helpful.

Very clean comfortable and conveniently located with good public transportation, very close to the Osh Bazaar and just 500 mtrs to the western Bus station for booking Bus ticket and traveling to Almaty. Helpful staff, good WiFi, drinking water, a kitchen to heat food, tea and coffee is also provided, breakfast is available but we didn't have it. Overall we were very much satisfied with the hotel. It was easy to locate.

Good price quality ratio

This is not the first time we have stayed here - this suggests that on previous visits we were satisfied. The staff is warm and hospitable! The rooms have simple furnishings, but are very clean. The bathrooms are also clean. There is a kitchen on the floor where you can cook your own food and leave food in the refrigerator. WiFi worked flawlessly. Nearby is the Osh bazaar and the bus station, from where transport departs to all regions of Kyrgyzstan. A minibus to Bishkek Airport stops not far from the hotel. In general, I recommend it. Simple and very comfortable!!!

Everything is fine, but there is no elevator

Отель понравился, удобное расположение. Пешком до центра минут 10, до рынка пару минут. Автобусная остановка в аэропорт рядом. Сам отель очень чистый, красивый. Есть кухня и веранда. Отличный отель, спасибо!

There is nowhere to park the car;the administration uses the parking lot for guests as a garage.The area is not very good.Машину ставить негде,администрация пользуется стоянкой для гостей как гаражом.

The property is good in general. The stuff are so kind helpfull and trustfull. They are trying to improve conditions and always helpfull. I really liked them. Especially there were a woman who prepare the breakfast, she is the one of the best. Traveller can find everything in the property what they need. Everything is working and usefull.

I recently stayed at the Viva Hostel located in Bishkek Kyrgyzstan for about 2 1/2 weeks and was thoroughly impressed with my experience. The rooms were and clean, and the bed was extremely comfortable. The staff were all friendly and helpful, and went out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed. The manager, Manat was really understanding and she spoke good English. She actually made meals for me at my request because I wanted to try a home-cooked authentic cuisine and she charged me very little. The hotel's location was perfect as there were many restaurants, electronic stores, and shopping close by within walking distance. The cost of my stay was very reasonable. Overall, I had an excellent stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.
