"Never book with Agoda travel Agents NEVER. We booked at this guesthouse while traveling thru Agoda, the guesthouse replied immediatly that they are fully booked, Agoda ignored the email, and still debit the amount from bank card, we arrived just to find out they fully booked, we were stranded and had to drive in the middle of the night to our next destination. Since the 28 of March 2026 we try to get a refund from Agoda with no luck. I went on facebook and there are litteraly 100 and 100 of people that lost money to Agoda due to this bad service. So please dont make the same mistake and loose money to Agoda scammers. Booking never took place because fulle booked, but i paid for it. Invoice attached"

"We come back again and again and never slept anywhere else in Bloemfontein on our way back from Cape Town since we found a Little Guest House. It is very close to the N1 highway to be back on the road in 5 minutes in the morning, but secluded enough not to hear a single car at nigh. Truly the best of both worlds. Annalie, the owner runs a tight ship and the quality of the accommodation has never deteriorated.
