I saw good reviews before coming, so I chose to stay in this place very firmly. Book this place for family travelling via Bloemfontein. As always the place was clean. Service is good and location is great. Far better than staying in the 2 “big” hotels within Bloemfontein.

Good for single travellers. Conveniently located relatively near the mall and the university.

The hotel is beautiful, it’s located in the CBD close to all amenities. I think it’s rated a 3 star hotel only because of its location, otherwise it would have been fit for a 5 star if it was in the northern suburbs of Bloem. Our stay was lovely, the room was cosy, the staff very friendly. The only thing that was a turn off was the noisy air-con that took forever to warm up the room. The food was also not that good.

It was a good stay, no problems.

The location of the place is not my ideal place but the staffs are very helpful and friendly. The rooms are clean and comfy to live in.

I was not happy with the attitude of the receptionist.
