It was a good stay, no problems.

I enjoyed my stay at the hotel, the only thing that I guess it was overlooked by cleaners, it was the area where I had to keep/hang my clothes, it was full of dust which indicates that it was never cleaned for a very long time. But after raising the issue, it was cleaned immediately.

My stay at Bon Hotel was extremely comfortable and marvelous. The service at the hotel was excellent beyond my expectations. Lovely and warm personnel all round. Great food and rooms. Fantastic shuttle service. Kudos to Bon Hotel and staff.

I did not enjoy my stay, I feel like they should work of the noise management. School kids were making noise everyday in the morning and evening.

This establishment is not suitable for families or children. During our stay, we experienced excessive noise, including constant banging and disturbing sounds from adjacent rooms. The environment was highly inappropriate and made our stay extremely uncomfortable. I am very disappointed that such a property, as it does not meet the expected standards for a family friendly accommodation. I would not recommend this place to anyone travelling with children. The rooms need deep cleaning. The only thing that I can rate above one is the friendliness of the staff.
