On the date of arrival, the hotel staff Faizan was very helpful to arrange for my airport transfer even though was not pre-arranged. On Wed, the day before checkout, I settled all my outstanding & requested for an invoice but was initially denied citing the reason that I have paid thru Trip.Com. The staff in charge is don’t seem to understand that Trip.Com is just an agent & sole responsibility of issuing invoice liaise with the hotel. After several discussion, they finally agreed but issued an inaccurate invoice where 4 days stay was itemized instead of 5 days. When I was about to leave the hotel on Thurs, Faizan was on duty & I requested him to make the amendments (to the invoice) for me. He promised to email me the revised invoice but I have not received till now. So a good impression turned into an unpleasant one on the last day..

The room was nice, the food was OK, the hotel service was very good, there was a perfume salesman in the lobby, those who are not used to the local perfume may be disgusted by this, overall it was good. It is very close to the Police Museum, Kuwait Towers and Kuwait Mosque.

The environment is noisy, a kebab shop at the foot of the hotel which generates a lot of vehicles coming and going, the neighborhood is dirty, almost in France you would say that "it sucks", also disgusting garbage containers at the foot of the hotel, misoque until 4 a.m.; very disappointed by the reception, the staff is not at all endowed with the slightest politeness, the minimum of hello is not marked on their faces, one in particular Mister Tarek who is on duty at night, who rings the alarm clock in our room at 1 a.m. impossible to go back to sleep. And the next day the thing that finds fault apologizes to us, in a tone of eh well that's how it is it's not my fault, it happened it happened. This Tarek is very unpleasant and aggressive. Addresses you in a haughty manner. The rooms are not soundproof, you can hear everything from the neighbor, you can smell the cigarette odors, etc. You have to choose between sleeping with air conditioning as noisy as an industrial building or sleeping sweating. The dirty pool, the seats and deckchairs are disgusting, the pool area is dirty, no bath towels, etc. The breakfast is not varied, nothing is provided for children, no hot chocolate, etc. The hotel is not worth its price and its 4 stars. We strongly advise against this hotel, especially for families.

Good experience, but the price for the traveler's experience was very high, and the biggest drawback is that you don't get a parking space if you rent a car.

I am very happy with the overall experience, the service is excellent and the welcome experience is great. The rooms are super clean and I was very satisfied. I want to recognize the welcoming team and Mr Mahmoud was very helpful with all our requirements. I would recommend this hotel to all visitors specially coming from UAE.

A great hotel compared to the price. There are many facilities, such as a swimming pool, a gym, and a woman’s nail salon. There is a Starbucks in the reception, and there are many stores next to the hotel. Like restaurants, supermarkets and a atm. Other than that there are parks for hotel guests. tHe staff are very nice they always help us with bags after shopping. We were give upgraded on the room we booked superior king room and “ Redha “ give us junior sweet, Thank you so much for this experience we will come back soon.

5/5 Clean hotel with nice service it was with Alaa Egyptian nationality he was very fringe and he did upgrade Service to our room also good location and on the middle of Kuwait I’m really recommended Otherwise giving us a vouchers 20% discount for restaurants

I don’t know how to start this review , but what I recommend for the gentle people specially, avoid this hotel for your clean life , this is not clean and nice hotel stands , because of many points I’ll right here : first this hotel not consider what you booked , as I booked non smoking room , they gave the most horrible experience room in my life , full of smoke smell , you can imagine when I told the receptionist she advice to spray the room by perfume instead of changing the room ? And I was tired with family , we ignore to change just for peace of mind , again the hotel lack with stuff , the one receptionist she took the bags and she do check in and later the check out , and when I call for taking my bags , she is the one who came to my room !!!!! I forgot my face mask wash , I call the hotel after about two hours , they told me no thing in my room , despite I’m sure 100% I put it in the bathroom . The manager Mr Mahmoud do apologised for his stuff not found anything , but because all this bad things happened to me , I found I’m responsible to aware anyone to book here , I do lot of reviews around for various hotels , mostly I’m satisfied, but here I’m really really impressed and shocked.

Good location in the center of Kuwait city. Very friendly and cooperative staff. New, clean and big rooms with nice interior. The only negative point was the parking issue at night but it was not that much bothering and gets better before midnight.

Everything was very very good, I like the hotel so much. Nice view, good location, beautiful hotel, lovely room, good salon inside the hotel . Good service but it’s not 24 hours. I like the stuff so much.

the hotel was very good. the staff was polite and professional. thanks to them Mr. Farzan and Mr. Nisfar. especial thanks to Mr. Mahmoud Bahjat for his attitude. around the hotel is some kind old spot, still not modernized. recommended.
