Good •Good breakfast. They made us a vegan breakfast, even when they don't normally offer vegan options; but it was the same every day. •Cleaning and daily amenities. (Although in the ”cons” I detail the issue of cleaning) •Excellent service. All the staff are more than helpful and resolutive. •The Internet connection is good and stable. We were working 8 hours a day and we had no problems. ATTENTION HERE because we asked to change a room with a better view and when they changed us, there was no internet, so we had to go back to where we were before. So, keep in mind that there are apartments with no Wi-Fi. •24h reception •Very quiet. There's no noise. This gave us a lot of quality of life and more coming from the noise hell that there was in the accommodation in Playa del Carmen. •Spacious. Enough space for storage and put the suitcases. •Good workspace. (desk and confortable chair) •Spa. However, there are restrictions to use the spa Bad: •The kitchen has less than the basics and that is a problem if you expect to cook during your stay because, even if you complain, they will not be able to bring you everything you need. In my case, for example, I needed a pasta strainer, bowls and a good knife and they said they didn't have them. •The gym is small and does not have much. •The apartments are cold and don’t have heating. The only way they solve it is by giving you a blanket. •Regarding cleanliness: I do not like that the floor of the room is covered by a carpet; also, the carpet was completely disgusting. In addition, the utensils they used to clean were more dirty than clean. The surfaces and the bathroom were always very clean, but the floors were not. It is very important to take care of cleaning, disinfection and vacuuming very well, especially when the accommodation accepts pets and considering that we are still living in a pandemic. In conclusion, we had a good stay although perhaps I would recommend it more for a short stay. By the end I was already a bit upset by the carpet and the little glitches. But for the offer that there is and the quality / price ratio that you can find, it is not bad. What is certain is that the hotel would gain a lot of potential if it remodeled the apartments (I think it needs urgent restoration).

I booked the hotel for my sister and her son, it was my nephew’s birthday… the service, food, room, location and place was AWESOME. The staff new about my nephew’s 4year birthday and they brought a cake and they treat him as a king.

My stay at Ibis Museo was very enjoyable. First time in Bogota. The hotel is about 25 mins away from El Dorado Airport and check in was very smooth. My spanish is very basic but the staff was very patient and answered all of my questions. It is conveniently located right next to Museo National and within walking 15-20 mins walking distance to the La Candeleria area and all the museums in that area. Theres a 24 hr La Rebaja Plus that is less than 5 min walk away from the hotel and a mcdonalds less than 5 min walk in the other direction if you need something familiar. The room service came every day with fresh towels and the security was Always outside scoping the area which made me feel pretty safe. Would def recommend and will return 👍

Very nice hotel. Super clean. No noice. Spacious rooms. Very convenient for exploring the city and a shot walk to the entrance of the path that takes you up to the Monsserrate. Very good service in this hotel

The hotel is perfect, very nice and very well located near the Golden Avenue. Rooms are completely furnished, breakfast is balanced There is no air conditioning, the room is completely hermetic and the heat is condensed with the thick sofas

We found this jewel on a previous trip and upon returning we decided to stay. The hotel has a great feel and has a privileged location a couple of blocks from Old Bogota Center Square. Built using two houses from the colonial and republican era this hosted is full of charm. We stayed at the Eco wing, the other is the colonial wing and the view from our window was superb. The room was spacious, although a little short on closet space but that no issue. As for the staff, very friendly and always available without being intrusive. The current concierge is charming and always available to answer questions and provide information.One big detail that surprised us was when we asked Edwin where can we find an exchange place. He not only gave us the location but offered to have a staff member to escort us. When was the last time that happened to you? The hotel has a very nice and breakfast is included. The location of the hotel is privileged to explore the city and its charms. Recommendation always verify the times because not always what you find posted is what they abide with. Security is tight around the hotel due to the fact that the Chancillery is across the walkway, which is a huge plus.

It is an impressive good hotel in Latin America, especially in Colombia. Good location, quiet and convenient. The room was very spacious and the facilities were new. The afternoon tea on the 13th floor of Happy Hour at 5:30 pm every day is also very rich and high quality. The swimming pool is spacious and bright, and the gym is fully equipped. Not to mention in Colombia, it is also an excellent hotel in the United States. I gave six points for five points. I will live here later.

Very nice Hotel, very clean, nice and big room, excellent breakfast

I want to thank all of the staff at the Embassy Suites for making our short stay in Bogota exceptional. We were on a family vacation to Peru with 2 children and a senior when our flight was diverted to Bogota due to closure of the Lima airport. After waiting 2 hours in the airport with no help from the airline I started calling Hilton hotels to try to find somewhere to stay at 3am. Diego at the front desk assured us he had rooms and we caught an Uber over. The hotel rooms are spacious and the hotel is in a safe area with lots of restaurants and cafes nearby. But what really makes it special is the staff. From the bell hop Adrian, to the front desk staff who gave us recommendations on places to see and eat , to the servers for breakfast/happy hour- they were all friendly, kind, and warm. We ended up having a lovely unexpected day in Bogota.

Outstanding service, above and beyond Hilton brand and more in line with Four Seasons. Example: the greeting person Harrison: I had not been here in a couple of years and we arrived late. Coffee service was set up for my company. Other guests drank it all! He corrected it with fresh everything in minutes. Then I remembered- he got me a cappuccino years ago when I was running late to the ride. Over 10+ years Harrison is so much more than a door greeter. Harrison is the face and personality of the hotel. Also on the team that are AMAZING: the concierge Jackson-he can make Columbia come alive and ensure safety. Imbedded in his service is security. The breakfast staff do anything and everything-instantly and in perfect English. The front desk-reception staff insured I had a room when my company booking did not come thru. They made it their problem not mine. I travel the world in nice hotels, and in this one you will feel elevated beyond the brand because of the people. They reflect the best of Colombian culture.
