First they charged us a lot before we arrived for no reason, the receptionist looks like everything except a receptionist, the elevator seems to be on duty because it is never available for guests, worst of all, the 2x2 room, no soap, no towels , without windows, without ventilation and with a heat that seems like a sauna, we are in bogota that is cold and even so it is impossible to stand the heat of the room, we told the receptionist and he told us that he could not do nothing that they were full that the only thing left was a room downstairs that would surely be hotter... We couldn't handle the heat in the room so we had to go find another hotel to pay for one night without breakfast and have breakfast again the next day to not to lose all the money, normal breakfast without variety, very bad treatment of the people in the restaurant, the restaurant is not part of the hotel and that was made clear to us the day before when they did not even allow us to enter and they only told us "this It is not part of the hotel. The worst hotel I've ever been in my life, I would never go back, I lost my money but I was able to rest by going to an ibis budget that is nearby that although more expensive at least its name supports it. No lo use, al llegar es otro lugar diferente al que ponen en las fotos es un lugar horrible!!inseguro sucio, lúgubre se ve un hotel de mala muerte. No entiendo como ustedes lo recomiendan!!! Gracias!

Me gustó la cercanía y su fácil desplazamiento a los destinos, muy bien ubicado. No me gustó que no había papel higiénico y que la distribución del baño era muy incómodo, el servicio sanitario tenía una fuga.

La habitación tenía ambas camas defectuosas y no nos quisieron cambiar de cuarto. Asimismo, nos negaron el reembolso justificando que ya habíamos hecho check in pero obviamente no podíamos conocer sobre el estado de las camas si no hubiéramos entrado al cuarto. Las paredes del cuarto sucias y manchadas. Para poder tener acceso a un conector de corriente tuvimos que separar las camas de la cabecera porque no había otro más que en el baño. El baño sucio, incluso había cabellos. Muy mala experiencia
