The hotel is outrageous in historical layout. Super location in city center close to all the best place. Lots of shopping options and best restaurants. near all the night activities. No need for taxi just walk along the main road for sightseeing. Close to convenient public transportation. Staff are very friendly and helpful. They have lots of information about activities to do. Breakfast is wonderful and tasty! I recommend to any one visiting Bordeaux. I will return!

The best option in Bordeaux

Because we were a couple, one adult and two children, we couldn't fit into a regular room, so we booked a suite. The exterior is beautiful, in the bustling area of Bordeaux. However, we were given a second-floor suite. Anyone who's stayed in an old European hotel knows that the second floor was originally a warehouse, with low ceilings and small windows. You can see the building just two meters away. ☹️ When booking, I requested a higher floor and a better view, but they completely ignored it. The decor is dated, and I had no desire to take photos. The only toiletries were Byredo, but I don't like the scent. 😭 I won't stay at this hotel again.

Excellent breakfast and the skilled care of the concierge staff stand out. In particular, the food at La Pressoir d'Argent Gordon Ramsay 2-star restaurant and the sommelier's recommendations are excellent.

Great location, very nice. The room was spacious and nice. The breakfast was a bit disappointing. It's in the city center, so it's convenient to go anywhere👍
