The hotel is outrageous in historical layout. Super location in city center close to all the best place. Lots of shopping options and best restaurants. near all the night activities. No need for taxi just walk along the main road for sightseeing. Close to convenient public transportation. Staff are very friendly and helpful. They have lots of information about activities to do. Breakfast is wonderful and tasty! I recommend to any one visiting Bordeaux. I will return!

From the moment we checked in with Maya at reception on Christmas eve, to the minute we checked out four days later, every member of staff made our stay feel like a family Christmas holiday (but in a good way!!). The food, the wine, the atmosphere were a joy to behold and experience. I can't wait to return to Bordeaux and stay in this majestic hotel again.

I cannot say enough good things. Everyone has exceptional customer service from when we got there until we left. We arrived by car. They unloaded our bags and parked. We went to dinner and when we got back our bags were already up. They even had a personalized welcome message on the tv. The room was exceptional. So clean and beautifully done. I don’t know what Josephine’s salary is but you need to triple it. She suggested restaurants and even brought canalles to our room. So amazing. I hope she sees this! We appreciate you!
