This hotel is very nice, the location is also OK, it's only 5-6 minutes walk to the subway station, the hardware facilities are good, equivalent to the level of domestic all seasons, because it's an apar**ent, you can cook your own food, and there is Carrefour downstairs, which is very convenient for shopping. The price is acceptable, about 100 euros a night, the surrounding environment is very good and quiet, it's considered a wealthy area!

Was visiting Paris to watch the tennis at Roland Garros. The hotel is reasonably priced for the amenities/time of the year. Breakfast was pretty good and front desk was very helpful with the multitude of questions (with some good hearted banter at a point) given my first time in Paris. Bonus brownie points for the pre-printed directions/travel options to get to Roland Garros which was at a very walkable distance and simple.

This hotel is excellent for the sporting events in the area, in this case, Roland Garros. It’s a 25 minute walk to the stadium which sounds a lot but that’s mainly because when you get near the stadium, there’s a lot of traffic direction. The double room was spacious with good facilities. The breakfast was excellent, really busy as the hotel was packed with tennis people, but everything was kept well stocked. The bar area looks like it’s designed for children (low tables and cushion chairs) but was comfortable enough when getting back from the stadium at nearly midnight and we could still get a drink. Definitely recommend.

This was a business trip and I stayed two non concurrent nights so I got to experience two different rooms. First room was way smaller than expected. I could not fully walk in with my luggage without ending up in the bathroom. However, the room was clean, comfortable and quiet. Shower door needed some work and reading light fell out the wall. Otherwise a good room for a one night stay. The expectations for the second room weren’t high given the experience with the first. However, the room was much bigger and in better condition. The hotel is close to Paris, the metro, restaurants, coffee shops and supermarkets. It was a very convenient location. The parking lot was not available so I did have to pay for street parking which was a little challenging to find at times. Overall, good experience. The staff was friendly, attentive and helpful. During the French Women’s Football World Cup, it was almost the most satisfying hotel. An apartment-style hotel where you can do simple meals in the house. The location of the hotel is very good. There is a street park with a lawn 200 meters from the intersection. Children play football, and the hotel is very close to the Metro Line 9 station. Travel is very convenient. The location and cleanliness of the hotel were satisfactory. However, it was a bit unfortunate that there was no air conditioner and no refrigerator. Other than this, I was satisfied! Especially the man who was in the inception was friendly! (I would have been frustrated because I couldn't communicate, but kindly responded to the end ....)
