This is one of the best experience I have with Shangri-la especially the service from the front desk is impeccable! Kudos to Erin王婷!! She’s the best!! She made our trip extra special! Birthday cake was prepared for our birthday celebration, even decorated the room with flower and lights! When we request for housekeeping or anything, it gets done immediately which is pretty impressive! Once again, thank you Erin for giving us over and above service during our stay!

It is not recommended for girls to stay here. The hotel is not on the street. You have to carry your suitcase up three flights of stairs and pass the big platform before you can see the hotel. The taxi driver couldn't find it. My friend changed her other room from a twin bed to a king-size bed. The price was different. Twin beds were more expensive than king-size beds. The front desk staff didn't mention the price difference. I asked for 2 breakfasts, but they said they couldn't deliver. It was difficult to find the room, like a maze. The toilet was a smart toilet. Meals were delivered by robots when you ordered them. The staff would greet you when they saw you. I was quite satisfied with the air conditioning. It was clean and tidy overall. It was very close to Qingdao North Station.

The place to stay in Zibo! We had a wonderful stay at Ramada Zibo. Room was just right with a classic setup, good hardware and solid walls to ensure great sleep. Location is excellent. The gorgeous People's Park is just a short walk away. A wonderful place to spend time. Also the famous Ba Da Ju 八大局 food street for a great time in the evening is also close by. Do not miss out on the great Zibo BBQ, many options for eating are nearby. All the staff at the hotel were friendly and very helpful when we had questions or needed help. Breakfast buffets are a big deal in China and I have to say that the one at this hotel was one of the best I've seen. A great selection of items including some rarer things like lamb soup. Very well done by all the Master Chefs. We enjoyed breakfast everyday of our stay. Zibo is a great city to visit, friendly people, tasty food and a peaceful happy vibe. We hope to return again.

The room at Valley Wing was spacious. We had a room with good sea views. The lobby on the ground floor is huge but we would recommend the hotel to adjust the temperature higher up as it was freezing cold and consumed energy to keep the low temperature. We had all our meals including breakfast, lunch and dinner inside the hotel as there was some variety to suit our tastes. The Yum for breakfast is a bit congested but there was plenty of food to eat. Lunches and dinners at Shang Palace were good although we had to wait a long time for our food at our last night there. This was perhaps due to some banquet at the same time. The Flyer Catch served Mediterranean food. The sea food there was great and the desserts were delicious. The hotel is conveniently located. Public transportation is convenient as the hotel is just above Line 2 and Line 3.

Came to visit during low season, hotel price is reasonable. The hotel is nice, great view, all staffs are very friendly and helpful, especially my room manager ike 小張, who provided excellent services and made my stay very pleasant. Breakfast has a wide range of selection. Hotel is right next to one of the beaches, and is about 10-20mins drive from most famous sightseeing areas and qingdao railway station. Hotel also offered a complementary ticket for the sky observation at the next door building, it is quite interesting and worth a go.
