I genuinely recommend this hotel; it was such a comfortable stay, and everything was superb! The cleanliness truly exceeded expectations – it was meticulously clean! The room was spotless, inside and out. The bedding was white and soft, with absolutely no strange odors. The bathroom was sparkling, with no dust even in the corners and crevices. Every nook and cranny was perfectly cleaned, making the stay very reassuring. This attention to detail is a huge plus. The environment was also excellent. The overall decor was simple and comfortable. Public areas were spotless, and the hallways were quiet, not noisy at all. The room had great natural light and was spacious, making it very pleasant to stay in, with no cramped feeling whatsoever. All the travel fatigue just melted away. And the service was incredibly attentive. Check-in at the front desk was quick, and all the staff members had wonderful attitudes – gentle and patient. They responded promptly to any requests, making me feel welcome and at home throughout my stay. In summary, I couldn't find a single fault with the cleanliness, environment, or service. It offers great value for money, suitable for both leisure and business travelers. I will definitely choose this hotel again next time I visit. Highly recommended!

Loved this beautiful, traditional hotel in Fuzhou. The staff was super accommodating to my dog and extremely helpful. Parking was very convenient right opposite the street where the hotel was in. One note, while the hotel itself was super pet friendly- my dog was even allowed to come with us to the breakfast restaurant and they made sure to arrange a quiet spot- it should be noted that the hotel itself is in a pedestrian area that doesn’t allow dogs. It would have been nice to know this beforehand. When I let the concierge know that we weren’t being allowed into the street, he immediately came running to assist and we were allowed to walk from the hotel and back during our stay, but it would’ve been nice to know beforehand. The staff was kind enough to tell us where in the area I was allowed to walk my dog. The room and amenities were beautiful though and other than the doggy inconvenience we loved our stay. They even were quick and helpful to send back the jacket my mom had forgotten in the room.

Had a fantastic stay! The location is super convenient for getting around, and there are plenty of places to eat, drink, and shop nearby. The room was spotless, spacious, and didn't feel cramped at all. The bedding was really comfortable, and the soundproofing was great – it was very quiet. The front desk staff were lovely and very responsive to any requests, paying attention to all the little details. Overall, it's excellent value for money. I felt comfortable and at ease during my stay. I'll definitely choose this place again next time I'm in Fuzhou!

The room was great, with brand new facilities and plenty of space. The hotel staff, especially the lady at the front desk, had excellent service attitude; you could really feel they genuinely cared about helping guests. Before checking in, I communicated my request for a non-smoking room and mosquito control, and sure enough, I wasn't bitten by any mosquitoes and there was no smoke smell. The shuttle service was also very convenient. Overall, I highly recommend staying here. I was initially worried that hotels in the ancient city might be a rip-off, but after staying here, I genuinely recommend it – it's great value for money.

松記霧後親子游真心話：治癒感拉滿，小升級後更絕！ 週末帶倆娃解鎖松記霧後，2天1夜的行程剛好，整體體驗超預期，是藏在山裡的親子寶藏地，真心話值得推薦！ 先説説路程，確實是蜿蜒山路，開車需要集中注意力，新手慢點開也能hold住，沿途山景層層疊疊，吹着山風慢慢駛進山林，反而多了幾分愜意，走過一次完全能接受。這裏的空氣真的是城市裡找不到的清新，濕潤又純凈，滿是草木和泥土的自然氣息，早上睡醒不用鬧鐘，耳邊全是清脆的鳥鳴，夾雜着“羊咩咩”的軟萌叫聲，像住進了原生態小牧場，治癒感瞬間拉滿，所有疲憊都被吹散了。 住宿必須給親子家庭劃重點避坑！部分房型空間偏小，2大2小住會特別侷促，轉身都不方便，一定要提前預訂帶榻榻米的房型！我們這次精準選對，榻榻米區域寬敞又平整，倆娃在上面打滾、搭積木、玩玩具，完全放開了嗨，大人也有足夠的活動空間，住得特別舒心，這點真的太重要了。 園區裏最驚艷的就是探險樂園，妥妥的遛娃神器！繩網穿越、攀爬設施、趣味滑梯一應俱全，安全防護做得特別到位，工作人員也很有耐心，會細心引導小朋友，我家娃在這裏瘋玩了整整一下午，全程不用大人盯梢，徹底解放雙手，大人終於能安心歇一歇，這種快樂誰懂啊！ 咖啡屋的氛圍也超讚，原木風裝修搭配暖調燈光，坐下來喝杯現磨咖啡，吹着山風歇歇腳，愜意又解壓，唯一的小遺憾是吃的選擇太少了，衹有簡單的飲品和小點心，希望能多增加一些小吃、簡餐品類，滿足親子家庭的用餐需求。 另外還有兩個小建議，希望能優化一下：一是採摘項目在山下，來回跑比較麻煩，要是能在山上安排小型採摘園，讓小朋友隨時能體驗採摘的樂趣就更方便了；二是如果能增加釣魚項目，再配套一家農家樂，讓大家能吃到現釣的鮮魚和地道的土雞土鴨，感受山野美食的快樂，體驗感肯定會更上一層樓。 總的來説，松記霧後真的很適合親子游，節奏舒緩不趕趟，能讓孩子沉浸式親近自然、釋放活力，2天1夜的行程剛好，既玩得盡興又不會太累。期待後續能優化餐飲和配套項目，下次一定帶娃二刷，再好好感受這份山野間的鬆弛感！

My stay here was a delightful surprise! The room's amenities were thoughtfully designed. The nightstand had wireless charging, and the bathroom featured a smart toilet and quality toiletries. There was even a mini-fridge in the vanity area – so many thoughtful details! The overall environment was clean and tidy, and all the facilities were new and functioned perfectly, making for an incredibly comfortable stay. The service was also efficient and attentive. Choosing this hotel for my travels gave me great peace of mind, and I'll definitely prioritize it for future trips.

We brought our child to Zhangzhou for a short holiday. Xiao Zhuang was incredibly thoughtful, keeping track of our itinerary from the moment she knew we were coming. When we checked in, Xiao Wei at the front desk saw we had a child and immediately gave our little one a small gift from Trip.com, which made our child very happy! Aunt Zhang Julan, who cleaned our room, noticed our child wanted to sleep on the sofa and very proactively helped us make up the bed. I'm so grateful to all the staff we met this trip; they made our journey so comfortable and enjoyable.

The hotel entrance might be small, but the room itself was excellent – spacious, very clean, and even had a smart toilet in the bathroom. The front desk lady was so kind; she upgraded me to a king-size room with a hot spring tub. After a soak, I felt incredibly relaxed; the spring water even had a faint blue tint. The manager was also wonderful, helping me with my luggage and even pressing the elevator button for me – truly great service. I had a fantastic time visiting Sanfang Qixiang, Shangxiahang, and Yantai Mountain. Plus, I got to enjoy the free 福州 (Fuzhou) subway service. Thumbs up to Fuzhou, its culture and tourism, and this hotel!

I booked three rooms for my business trip at this new Chinese-style hot spring hotel. The decor was really eye-catching. The in-room hot spring was super convenient – you could soak whenever you wanted. The rooms were clean and quite spacious, and the bedding was very comfortable. Breakfast was delivered to the room and was quite substantial. Overall, the service was excellent, and our personal concierge was very attentive.
