Very nice hotel nice and clean and quiet. The front desk was very courteous and helpful.

The Hyatt in Braintree was great. Room was up to date, clean and perfect size for two or more people. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Service was great. Breakfast was basic not fancy but good enough. Love the location right across from a busy shopping mall.

The breakfast is delicious, especially the freshly squeezed juice, which is my favorite. The potatoes, sausages and eggs are also delicious. The room is large and comfortable. There is free coffee and complete facilities. I like it.

The staff, facilities, cleanliness and services were all very good. The excellent service provided by Bruno at reception is also worth mentioning. The inconvenience was getting into the hotel by car, as you have to cross a double yellow line or continue along the access road and, with less traffic, cross the double line and go around some premises in a winding manner to access the hotel parking lot. The GPS was also not very precise when it came to getting to the reception.

Don't stay here! Service: The room was not cleaned. I told the front desk clearly that I needed daily service, but they still didn't clean it. I asked the front desk if there was a complaint hotline, and they told me there was none. The black woman at the front desk looked so sexy. I said they didn't clean it even though I told them. They winked at me and said they would send someone to do it later. What can I do for you? No apology. The room was cleaned by just dumping the toilet garbage. There was paper on the floor. They were like police, pretending not to see it! Breakfast was also average, not as good as what I had in other hotels! The room was also very old and noisy!

The location is relatively remote, the room is quite spacious, and the service attitude is okay. The breakfast is average, there are too few choices, the price is cheaper than other places, and the price/performance ratio is okay.

Better than expected. There is also a coffee machine, which is nice.

I only cleaned the house for two days a week, and money was stolen from me. I didn't find out until the day I left, so I had to forget it because there was no evidence. I arrived at the hotel at 1 a.m. on the night of check-in and was told that there was no reservation for me. The three people behind me walked in and entered the room directly, but the manager told me that there were no rooms. Fortunately, Ctrip helped find the reservation and I checked in smoothly. I will never stay in this hotel again. The service staff was also very indifferent. Overall, the experience was very poor.

停車方便，附近有食肆，加油站。方便
