The hotel is, no doubt, if not the best, one of the best places to stay in Brasília. Well located, clean, with plenty of space for you to do whatever you need. The staff was very welcoming and helpful. My shower wasn't working properly and they fixed it quickly. It's a bit weird that such a great and well evaluated hotel suffers from non English speaking staff, that could definitely be improved. Also, my AC wasn't working properly. Would definitely come back. I recommend it.

Overall good however service is slightly slow

Excellent service, great atmosphere and facilities, very good food. The only observation is that 1 of the boilers was not working, we had to extend our shower for an hour due to the water not being hot enough. In the most TOP hotel

Hotel with excellent infrastructure, both rooms and leisure areas. Heated swimming pool with bar service. Attentive and helpful staff. Great breakfast, with options for all tastes. I recommend it to everyone.

I loved the hotel and especially loved traveling with trip.com I had an annoying problem during my check-in and they went to great lengths to solve my problem The hotel is great, very clean and with dedicated staff, I will definitely be back.

I checked into the hotel a few hours ago and since my arrival I can only say that my experience has been stressful. As soon as I parked the car in the available spaces, the security guard came to inform me that the internal spaces are paid and that free parking for customers is outside the hotel. I arrived at the pool area and came across some empty bungalows. When I sat down I was surprised by an employee informing me that to sit in the bungalows there must be a minimum payment of R$300 reais at Bar Capitão, with payment in advance. And to make things better, we had some towels that got wet/dirty after the rain. I went to change so I could take it to the pool area and was just informed that towels could not be changed. That, by exception, only 1 towel would be changed. All this in just 2 hours of stay…

Wonderful hotel. All very good. Amazing breakfast. The only problem during my stay was the refrigerator, which wasn't working. However, I asked for a bucket of ice and they served me promptly. Anyway, it's worth it. Cleanliness, comfort, everything impeccable.
