The highlight of our stay to Bratislava was the room! It was a suite but I didn’t expect it to be as nice as it was, it even had tho bathrooms. Nearby are many restaurantes and mini markets, and a nice park at a walking distance. If I go back to the city, I’m definitely staying at this hotel again.

My boyfriend & I stayed here for 2 nights during our inter-railing trip. Upon arrival we were given 2 drink vouchers to enjoy at the bar which was very generous. Furthermore, the staff at reception went above and beyond for us. When we got to the next city as part of our trip I realised I had left something in the hotel which was of sentimental value to me. I emailed the hotel & Maros replied within 24 hours to let me know that they could post my item home that I had left behind. The kindness & willingness of the staff to provide this level of customer service was something I was very grateful for & something that has been somewhat lost to an extent in this modern age. Not only this, the hotel itself is lovely & the rooms are extremely spacious which suited us as we had a lot of luggage. Would definitely recommend a stay here whilst in Bratislava!

Just as expected

Staff sent very good instructions on how to get to the property from the station which was appreciated. Short walk from the bus. Staff friendly and welcoming, we did have a few issues with the room booking but it was resolved. They take 10 euro deposit in cash which was returned easily on check-out. Room was clean and bathroom too, had everything we needed but was very very hot (only 1 fan). A free drink voucher was a nice touch and the bar was cheap and sociable. Easy walk into the main town for tours etc the next day. Stored bags for us, kitchen looked good although we didn't use it. Very close to a large Tesco store for groceries/snacks.

We are hosted in room 606 from 27 to 28/11. The room is excellent, but we are surprised by the bad service of the ”receptionist” who attended us around 07:30 a.m., extremely arrogant and devout, feeling unwanted in the environment. We are always going to Europe and it is the first time in all our cities and countries that we have been badly treated in this way. I would not return to that hotel and I would not tell friends that Bratislava still does, no one deserves such treatment.

Accommodating accommodation!

The room is large, clean, and the breakfast is very rich There is a supermarket and fast food restaurant opposite the hotel, and it is not far from the attractions The hotel staff are very friendly. Slovak specialities are served in the restaurant for a fee in the evening, and they are served until 10 in the evening. very nice

Visiting Bratislava for first time. Wedding anniversary so asked if any chance by email of an upgrade. Generously gave us an upgrade to a suite. Mrs T mightily impressed with the room and facilities. Staff all friendly. Breakfast brilliant with lots of choice. Interestingly bread and butter pudding which we think used yesterday croissants and pain a chocs. Absolutely delicious. Had a small issue with the bath tap. Reported and fixed while at breakfast. Fab service. Location very central with bus and tram stops nearby and can walk to old town in 10 mins. We will definitely return and highly recommend.

The new and modern hotel with very warm rooms (you will appreciate in the colder days) in walking distance from national bank and 20 min walk from main train station.hotel offers parking for good price (during weekend there is a option to park on the street for free) and breakfast for 10-15 Eur. The staff is also very friendly.
