The only negative point is access to the pool. Very bad. Or vc crosses all the parking inside the hotel or vc crosses out to reach the reception to pick up the lift to the pool. In other words, in cold and frozen days you have to pass out of clothes in front of any hotel reception.

GGuest UserWe had a perfect accommodation, sensational room and common areas, as well as the service. The staff are well trained, polite and attentive. Clarice, responsible for cleaning our floor, was very friendly and efficient in meeting our needs, as well as cleaning the room. The staff at the reception, restaurant and pool were also amazing.

Piscina coberta aquecida e brinquedoteca são bons atrativos para dias chuvosos. Funcionários muito bem treinados e atenciosos. Como ponto negativo, o fato de o estacionamento ser pago. Por outro lado, é uma grande comodidade contar com o serviço de manobristas do hotel.

GGuest UserThe hotel is very good, no complain about the hosting in itself. However, at the check out, I was charged about 149 real services charges that were not explicit at the time of the booking, on the platform, I reported the value of 8,47 as expenses to be paid at the hotel, without counting that the accounts did not beat, The value of the NF is about 74 to less than I paid in total, so, despite the excellent hotel, I felt that I was wrong, and in my humble opinion, there was no transparency, whether the hotel or the platform.

Great location. From Gravado to Canela. For those who are rented cars, the location becomes even more attractive because you will never have to decide by one or another city taking the journey into consideration. The wide breakfast is in diversity and very caprich in the presentation of the service row.
