Guarulhos Hotels with Breakfast

The hotel was nice, to he breakfast was delicious. However, we tried to contact the hotel prior to our arrival asking about the shuttle from the airport but we didn't get a response about the timing so we ended up taking a taxi! The hotel gave us extra time to check out because of this inconvenience so I am thankful for that.

They do their best to satisfy your needs. Definitely deserve the 5stars and will be back for sure. AMAZING STAY !

The hotel is average, close to the airport, and there is a shuttle bus to the airport on time, which needs to be booked in advance. It is very convenient, but because it is close to the airport, the noise is a bit loud at night. There is no free water, and all water is charged. A bottle of mineral water in the refrigerator costs 13 yuan, and it has a strong smell. The restaurant downstairs ordered terrible food, which was so bad that I wanted to call the police. The medium-rare fillet was completely burnt, and the service attitude was average. The experience was very bad.

We had a pleasant stay in this hotel. Breakfast was delicious, staff very kind. It’s located close to the airport and offers free shuttle to the airport which was very helpful. I forgot to take some pictures of the room but it was good, spacious and clean.

Hotel is alright for a night stay. The outside of the hotel and the lobby are beautiful, the restaurant also is quite nice and the breakfast was definetly thr highlight of it. But the rooms are too worn out, furniture looking old, bedsheets with some stains, towels too thin, shower water was very little. Staff was nice, but checkin took a long time for no apparent reason.

The receptionist made a mistake with the reservation and made me pay again. They realized they were wrong and refunded my money, but there was a lot of bureaucracy involved in the refund. That bothered me a little because of their lack of information about the customer. They should have correctly asked for the names on the reservation so they wouldn't get confused. Thank you.

Overall the hotel is very good. Gym is spectacular. Breakfast, I thought it was so-so... the fruits weren't sweet, the croissant didn't have the right texture, it has variety, but without an exceptional flavor. The room, I requested for a pet and when I arrived at the hotel, the room was not available, and they did not provide a hygiene kit. The shuttle service was very good. Attentive staff.

The hotel is relatively close to the airport, but it is not as good as the Mercure in China. It is a bit similar to the express hotels in China. The breakfast is OK, the same thing every day, generally there is no change.

The hotel was the most comfortable and the hotel was the location, it took us only 10 minutes to reach the airport (by 3 a.m.), the friendly staff and the normal Ibis hotel. However, I think the facilities are a little disappointed, the bathroom door of the room where I hosted (stage 15) was wrongly fitted and did not close, there was no bathing shampoo**** (the bottle was empty), The lift was old (it had a glass grinding on the top) I think by the price per night they could re-model the facilities. I have already visited other Ibis, 1 in Peru and this is the second in Brazil and it disappointed me a little, I thought they would be like the previous ones where I hosted.
