Guarulhos Hotels with Breakfast

Not bad, convenient transportation

Convenient location near the airport, free shuttle service, and a decent breakfast. Good value for travelers.

For me it worked super,I arrived at the airport of a long trip from Macau and needed a place to spend the night, rest before going on the roads of Brazil. The small room but comfortable and pensioned, the problem was the small windows of the bathroom and the room I hosted, but it was in any case a good experience. With a very good transfer and breakfast too. It is a great hotel for those who travel from the airport of Guarulho.

The hotel is located near the centre of Guarulhos, near restaurants and shopping centres. The advantage is transfer to the airport both pick-up and going, which facilitates the transfer.

The hotel was the most comfortable and the hotel was the location, it took us only 10 minutes to reach the airport (by 3 a.m.), the friendly staff and the normal Ibis hotel. However, I think the facilities are a little disappointed, the bathroom door of the room where I hosted (stage 15) was wrongly fitted and did not close, there was no bathing shampoo**** (the bottle was empty), The lift was old (it had a glass grinding on the top) I think by the price per night they could re-model the facilities. I have already visited other Ibis, 1 in Peru and this is the second in Brazil and it disappointed me a little, I thought they would be like the previous ones where I hosted.

The receptionist made a mistake with the reservation and made me pay again. They realized they were wrong and refunded my money, but there was a lot of bureaucracy involved in the refund. That bothered me a little because of their lack of information about the customer. They should have correctly asked for the names on the reservation so they wouldn't get confused. Thank you.

The room was very soft, the other was only on the internet without the basic channels!!!! And the bed was very soft!

AIRSIDE hotel, meaning it's located after security and exit passport/immigration control. This hotel is the absolute best option if you have a long connection and/or early flight. Please note that because it's located airside (in the internal departures area) you need a valid, scannable boarding pass in order to access it. The only possible downside if that if there is any issue with getting your boarding pass (for example the day before, if like me you wanna sleep there and be ready to go to your gate the day after) that will always be a risk, as it will likely be too late to get a refund on your booking. However, other than the risk with the boarding pass, this is absolutely the best hotel location wise. It was extremely clean, good bed, shower, room, etc, perfect. Also, I don't smoke, but it may be of interest to some travellers that they have an outside, open air garden, inside the hotel for smokers.

Good morning coffee. Great service. Better care, Barbara!! Excellent price. The hotel is quiet and has restaurants nearby, it has not only a large market, but a bakery and merchandise.
