GGuest UserThe room is very clean and the decoration looks very comfortable. All the staff from the security uncle, the front desk to the guest rooms are very warm and kind, and basically respond to all requests!
Especially the security guidance service was unexpected. After checking in, he would walk in front and lead the way to the elevator. He would also guide where the breakfast room and breakfast time were. Although it was a small gesture, it made me feel very warm. It shows that this hotel Management training is really attentive to all aspects.
There are welcome fruits after arriving in the room. It is very quiet at night. The soundproofing is very good. The room is clean. There is an aromatherapy in it. I like the smell. I am very familiar with the bed when I sleep. The sheets and duvet cover of this hotel are very soft. I sleep very comfortably. I want to move to the bed. Go to my house, hehe
I can’t help but want to praise it from the bottom of my heart. Overall, I am very satisfied! Good review! Next time I come to Alar, I will choose Lanxiang!

LLiangboleFantastic! The newly opened hotel was clean, quiet, and tidy, with a good breakfast. We didn't go to the pedestrian street next door, but after breakfast we visited the small parks opposite and to the right of the hotel. After breakfast, we walked around the wetland park near the military and political building. To have such an environment in the desert is truly amazing; I admire the wisdom of the Chinese people. Incredible! If you go to Wensu Grand Canyon, you must stay at this hotel—you'll get a good rest and have a great time!

GGuest UserThe hotel has free airport pick-up and drop-off service. I called after getting off the plane and found out that a Mercedes-Benz business car came to pick me up. I was a little flattered.
The surrounding area of the hotel is still under development and is suitable for self-driving. The parking lot is very large.
The hotel breakfast is still good. It is the kind of level that can fill you up and is definitely not the kind that fools you.
The room facilities are also OK. My room does not have a window, but there is a humidifier, air purifier, etc. in the room.
There are also milk and candied dates in the evening, which are good services.
I traveled independently and did not drive. Except for the inconvenient transportation, everything else was good.

The front desk service is warm and intimate, the check-in and check-out speed is very fast, and the staff is gentle and polite. The room was clean and tidy, no smell, the bedding was soft and comfortable, the sound insulation was great, the night was very quiet, and the sleep was particularly stable. The bathroom is separated from wet and dry, the toiletries are complete, and the sanitary corners are well maintained. The overall price is super high, the environment, service, and hygiene are all impeccable, I will choose this next time, and I recommend everyone to stay at ease!

GGuest UserThis stay experience is directly full! The location of the hotel is superb, it is super convenient to eat food in a few minutes walk. The room was spotless, the bedding was soft and skin-friendly, it was as good as sleeping on the clouds, the sound insulation effect was excellent, and there was no noise interference at night.
The most surprising thing is the service. The front desk lady is warm and professional. Not only does she check in quickly, but also actively recommends local niche play routes and treasure restaurants. The toiletries in the room are good smelling fragrance, hot water is out in seconds, WiFi speed is super fast, and even tea bags are quality online.
There is no slot in the whole stay, the price is super high, I will choose this next time!

GGuest UserThe ticket was changed a day late, so I found this hotel near the airport. I didn't expect it to be unexpectedly good. The hotel room was clean and tidy, the area was quite large, and the bedding was comfortable. Next to the hotel is a big park, and the window looks good. There is a market not far away, not far from a local food street (walk 7-8 minutes). The service attitude of each employee is very good, and there is a drop-off service. Breakfast is full.

GGuest User自駕游去新疆的路過阿拉爾順便找了一個酒店沒想到給了一個驚喜，房間很大温馨舒適，衞生乾淨整潔，酒店新裝修設施設備完善房間智能，比較乾燥沒想到酒店有新風系統這個是最大的驚喜，前台小姐姐服務很好，推薦的地方很有意思吃的也不錯，工作人員服務意識比較好，會主動詢問有沒有需要幫助的，特別滿意這次入住。
