GGuest UserThe hotel has free airport pick-up and drop-off service. I called after getting off the plane and found out that a Mercedes-Benz business car came to pick me up. I was a little flattered.
The surrounding area of the hotel is still under development and is suitable for self-driving. The parking lot is very large.
The hotel breakfast is still good. It is the kind of level that can fill you up and is definitely not the kind that fools you.
The room facilities are also OK. My room does not have a window, but there is a humidifier, air purifier, etc. in the room.

我們是來自上海的遊客，已在外奔波十餘天，在對比多家酒店後，最終選擇了阿拉爾宜尚酒店，本是看重它的高性價比與合適的價位，沒想到入住後收穫了遠超預期的驚喜與感動。
酒店開業僅半年，整體環境乾淨整潔，設施嶄新齊全，房間更是配備智能化設備，居住起來舒適又便捷。從踏入酒店的那一刻起，我們就被工作人員的熱情服務深深打動。前台的姑娘們十分熱心，主動幫忙提拿行李，貼心奉上熱茶，還細心地將我們的行李送至房間，一舉一動都讓人倍感温馨。
因旅途勞累，加上我們年紀較大，對洗衣機操作不太熟練，酒店工作人員得知後，主動將我們的衣物拿到七樓清洗晾曬，還貼心讓我們回房休息。等我們外出用餐歸來，衣物已被晾曬得整整齊齊，基本都已晾乾，這份細緻周到的照料，讓奔波的疲憊瞬間消散。晚間我們再次清洗衣物，工作人員依舊耐心幫忙，貼心服務始終如一，實在令人動容。
日常所需礦泉水用量較大，提出需求後，工作人員也第一時間及時送到房間，從不推脱，處處盡顯用心。酒店的自助早餐也十分貼心，口味可口、種類適宜，讓人吃出了家的温暖與踏實。
無論是嶄新的設施、超高的性價比，還是無微不至、暖心至極的服務，都讓我們十分滿意，當即決定續住。非常感謝阿拉爾宜尚酒店全體工作人員的用心照料，用真誠與細緻温暖了我們的旅途，強烈推薦給每一位來到阿拉爾的旅人，也祝願酒店生意興隆，越來越好！

The elevator has access control and provides great privacy. The breakfast was rich in variety and felt like a full meal. And I drove here by myself, and there is a special car wash in their parking lot, which is free!
