This hotel, newly opened in March '25, is very new and the rooms are clean. The owner is very welcoming, and parking is convenient. It's close to Wenquan Canyon, so you don't have to rush early to get there. The surrounding amenities aren't fully developed yet. Wenquan Grand Canyon is definitely worth a visit.

Very new and modern hotel. Staff were friendly. Close to a street with a lot of restaurants (many of them are Sichuan cuisine). Massage chair on the first floor. A/C worked well. Breakfast buffet was good. Apparently close to a military location of some sort, so for foreigners there is extra security checking. But closer to Tuomuer Canyon than Aksu.

The hotel has free airport pick-up and drop-off service. I called after getting off the plane and found out that a Mercedes-Benz business car came to pick me up. I was a little flattered. The surrounding area of the hotel is still under development and is suitable for self-driving. The parking lot is very large. The hotel breakfast is still good. It is the kind of level that can fill you up and is definitely not the kind that fools you. The room facilities are also OK. My room does not have a window, but there is a humidifier, air purifier, etc. in the room. There are also milk and candied dates in the evening, which are good services. I traveled independently and did not drive. Except for the inconvenient transportation, everything else was good.

I was on a business trip and arrived at the hotel. After checking in at the front desk and entering my room, there was a knock on the door. Upon opening it, I was greeted by a fruit tray from the floor attendant. This is a gesture you don't usually encounter in hotels, and it was truly touching. The room was clean and tidy. The renovation team, as they believe, was also high-quality and of high standards, and the overall decor is beautiful. The elevator with dual controls is very convenient. The breakfast was delicious and plentiful. Most importantly, the front desk lady was very patient and responsive, handling matters that were outside her area of responsibility. I believe the hotel will recognize her diligence, dedication, and commitment, and she may even be considered for a promotion and salary increase. This 4-diamond hotel offers excellent value for money. Highly recommended!
