The room was spacious, and the desk was very handy. There were plenty of restaurants nearby, offering a wide selection of Xinjiang and Northeastern cuisine. The staff were friendly, and the hotel also offered free airport transfers. Excellent!

MMarc in ShanghaiVery new and modern hotel. Staff were friendly. Close to a street with a lot of restaurants (many of them are Sichuan cuisine). Massage chair on the first floor. A/C worked well. Breakfast buffet was good. Apparently close to a military location of some sort, so for foreigners there is extra security checking. But closer to Tuomuer Canyon than Aksu.

酒店開業僅半年，整體環境乾淨整潔，設施嶄新齊全，房間更是配備智能化設備，居住起來舒適又便捷。從踏入酒店的那一刻起，我們就被工作人員的熱情服務深深打動。前台的姑娘們十分熱心，主動幫忙提拿行李，貼心奉上熱茶，還細心地將我們的行李送至房間，一舉一動都讓人倍感温馨。
因旅途勞累，加上我們年紀較大，對洗衣機操作不太熟練，酒店工作人員得知後，主動將我們的衣物拿到七樓清洗晾曬，還貼心讓我們回房休息。等我們外出用餐歸來，衣物已被晾曬得整整齊齊，基本都已晾乾，這份細緻周到的照料，讓奔波的疲憊瞬間消散。晚間我們再次清洗衣物，工作人員依舊耐心幫忙，貼心服務始終如一，實在令人動容。
日常所需礦泉水用量較大，提出需求後，工作人員也第一時間及時送到房間，從不推脱，處處盡顯用心。酒店的自助早餐也十分貼心，口味可口、種類適宜，讓人吃出了家的温暖與踏實。
無論是嶄新的設施、超高的性價比，還是無微不至、暖心至極的服務，都讓我們十分滿意，當即決定續住。非常感謝阿拉爾宜尚酒店全體工作人員的用心照料，用真誠與細緻温暖了我們的旅途，強烈推薦給每一位來到阿拉爾的旅人，也祝願酒店生意興隆，越來越好！

I was on a business trip and arrived at the hotel. After checking in at the front desk and entering my room, there was a knock on the door. Upon opening it, I was greeted by a fruit tray from the floor attendant. This is a gesture you don't usually encounter in hotels, and it was truly touching. The room was clean and tidy. The renovation team, as they believe, was also high-quality and of high standards, and the overall decor is beautiful. The elevator with dual controls is very convenient. The breakfast was delicious and plentiful. Most importantly, the front desk lady was very patient and responsive, handling matters that were outside her area of responsibility. I believe the hotel will recognize her diligence, dedication, and commitment, and she may even be considered for a promotion and salary increase. This 4-diamond hotel offers excellent value for money. Highly recommended!
