I chose this hotel by chance after seeing high reviews. The location is good. There is a food street at the door. You can eat local specialties of mutton skewers and Xinjiang noodles when you go out. When you enter the hotel, you will feel happy, from the security uncle to the front desk staff. The attitude is quite good, especially the front desk receptionist who greets the guests first and then brings me a cup of tea. The hotel environment is clean and tidy, and the room is the style I like. It is elegant without losing the atmosphere. It is very comfortable to stay. It can be seen that the owner of this restaurant is very attentive to breakfast. The combination of meat and vegetables is nutritious, and the buns and cookies are quite exquisite. I heard from the waiter that they are all handmade, and I am very satisfied. 👍 I personally think the price-performance ratio is quite high. recommend!

This stay at ZHEFFI was a pleasant surprise. The lobby is like a chic café, and there's even a Harley-Davidson motorcycle on the first floor – perfect for taking photos. I even met the hotel owner, who thoughtfully brought us drinks. The room design is high-quality, clearly costing a lot of money. Although it's a newly opened hotel, there was no unpleasant smell at all. The rooms were spacious, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and the bathroom had a separate shower and toilet with plenty of hot water. The service was also meticulous and attentive. The breakfast area even displayed many of the owner's wines, showing he's a passionate owner. The rice noodles at breakfast were delicious; I even packed some to eat on the go because I was in a rush. Overall, this hotel is quiet and stylish, perfect for both business trips and leisure travel. I'll definitely stay here again if I go to Xinjiang again; it's so much better than the ZHEFFI I stayed at in Guangdong.

There were also many gas stations nearby, which was very convenient. We left Wensu Grand Canyon quite late, so staying here meant we didn't have to drive at night.

It is very important to have good front desk service. I chose Tahe Guanlan Hotel because of its beautiful environment. The rooms are indeed large, clean and comfortable. But let’s complain about the logistics support staff. Are they slacking off because of the low wages offered by the hotel? ! Or the ”uncle” raised by the hotel? ! As soon as I checked in, I discovered that the toilet in the guest room was not draining smoothly. I first reported the toilet problem to the room service staff, but no one came to fix it after waiting for half an hour. Then I went to the front desk to report the problem, and the front desk urged me. After waiting another 20 minutes, no one came to fix it. Finally, a friendly young lady at the front desk changed my room, which calmed my anxiety. On the way to change rooms, I met the ”uncle” who came to fix the toilet and he looked very impatient... I wonder if the hotel leadership can see my review (and what measures will be taken). Let’s talk about it. I’m satisfied with the accommodation. I’m satisfied with the front desk service who later changed my room. I’m satisfied with the breakfast. The faults are not hidden, so I give it a five-star rating.

酒店環境很好，新開業的也沒有異味。前台服務很好，衞生非常乾淨。酒店後院還有自己種的菜園和葡萄園，可以休閑觀光。早餐豐盛，主要還有免費的接送機服務，非常值得推薦。下次去阿拉爾還選擇他們家入住。

The room was cleaned, the bedding was clean and soft, the hot water supply was stable, the sound insulation effect was good, the room had a humidifier, my southern child said that it was too friendly to come to Xinjiang for the first time! When checking in, the front desk 188 was warm and polite, the procedures were handled quickly, and the questions were answered patiently. The price was very high. I will choose here next time I travel.
