Although it's a newly opened hotel, there was no unpleasant smell at all. The rooms were spacious, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and the bathroom had a separate shower and toilet with plenty of hot water. The service was also meticulous and attentive. The breakfast area even displayed many of the owner's wines, showing he's a passionate owner. The rice noodles at breakfast were delicious; I even packed some to eat on the go because I was in a rush. Overall, this hotel is quiet and stylish, perfect for both business trips and leisure travel. I'll definitely stay here again if I go to Xinjiang again; it's so much better than the ZHEFFI I stayed at in Guangdong.

I first reported the toilet problem to the room service staff, but no one came to fix it after waiting for half an hour. Then I went to the front desk to report the problem, and the front desk urged me. After waiting another 20 minutes, no one came to fix it. Finally, a friendly young lady at the front desk changed my room, which calmed my anxiety. On the way to change rooms, I met the ”uncle” who came to fix the toilet and he looked very impatient...
