The housekeeper is very attentive and thoughtful, especially Kevin is responsive, making people feel warm and at home; The visit of white yak can confirm the natural scenery and environment of the mountains at 1499 altitude. The staff member, Ping'er, was smiling throughout, patiently answering all my questions and even proactively helping me plan local sightseeing routes. Room service was incredibly quick; whether it was replenishing supplies or handling last-minute requests, everything was taken care of immediately. What was especially heartwarming was how Yuanyuan actively helped me with my luggage and called a taxi when I checked out. The recommended stone pot fish was also delicious! ✌︎˶╹ꇴ╹˶✌︎ From the small details to the overall experience, I truly felt at home. Highly recommend!

AAnonymous User準確的説，應該稱作是一個酒店羣。整個酒店位於高山濕地之上，需要沿山路盤旋而上，雖路況良好，但坡度較大，仍要注意安全。到了山上以後，可以看出酒店因山設地而建，酒店的各個功能樓棟分佈在整個山林之中，由林地山澗分隔掩映，內部道路曲折相連。有承擔居住會議等功能的名校堂、名媛堂等，也有承擔運動中心功能的明星堂，承擔中西餐廳功能的民居、樓棟等等，還有動物園可供遊客參觀。整體環境非常自然可觀，是一個與大自然高度融為一體的園林式酒店。不足之處是酒店房間沒有可控式空調，號稱採用德國恆温系統，但效果差強人意，這兩天入住晚上濕熱難耐，酒店衹給提供了落地風扇勉強降温，説是空調扇已調用無餘，由此也可見這是顧客普遍反映的問題。

Parking is very convenient and very friendly to guests on self-driving business trips. The rooms are clean and tidy, the facilities are complete, the bedding is soft and comfortable, and the overall health condition is reassuring. From check-in to rest, the service is meticulous and thoughtful, reflecting the intentions everywhere. GGuest UserArrived at 1am and left after staying for only one night. The bathroom has no window, and there is a smell of sewage when the door is opened. The light is sensor-activated, which is a bit unacceptable. This hotel should have opened not long ago, but the overall maintenance and hygiene are average. It is invested by a local enterprise, and the hotel management needs to be improved.
However, some food and fruits are prepared in the room, which can resolve many dissatisfactions. I sincerely hope that local enterprises investing in hotels will not only use their names but also work hard to improve the quality of details.

GGuest UserVery clean and hygienic, come here is the guest, the guest is as the owner, breakfast steamed buns porridge, dishes, for me such a non-fine guest, enough. After all, it's only more than 100 points. There is room for improvement. For rooms of 160 yuan, it is best to provide disposable razors. I believe that more and more people will choose to settle in. I wish business is booming. Overall very satisfied, the room is relatively spacious. There are shared bicycles and buses next to it, and it is only 2 kilometers to the ancient city. GGuest UserThe staff was warm and courteous throughout the whole process. They were intimate and thoughtful from the beginning of check-in. They took the initiative to help carry luggage and introduce the park to play the moving line. Any demand response was super fast, the details were full, and there was no perfunctory feeling at all.
The rooms exceeded expectations! The room was clean and tidy without odor. The decoration continued the elegant and warm new Chinese style. The lighting was transparent, the floor-to-ceiling windows faced the garden view of the courtyard, and the window was green.
Living here, you can not only immersive feel the lake and mountain aura of Wuhu, but also enjoy a intimate and comfortable accommodation experience. Relaxation and short trips are full marks. It has been included in my second brush list and I highly recommend it to everyone! 003

The neighboring room was drinking and making noise on the terrace until more than 3 am. I called the front desk to report it, but it was not resolved. It was so noisy that I couldn't sleep at all.

AAnonymous UserThe indoor environment is so-so, the facilities are old, and the hygiene is average. Many places are dusty and dirty. Especially the bathroom, I don’t know why it smells so bad. Hygiene really needs to be improved. There is only one switch in the bathroom. When the light is turned on, the ventilation system automatically turns on. It is very loud and noisy. The gas system didn't seem to work, and there was only one light switch in the room. I don’t know if it’s the room I stayed in or whether it’s the same with other hotels. In short, it’s really not as good as other hotels I’ve stayed in. I’ve never given a bad review. I really can’t stand this.
