Behind the pine trees full of pine fruits are the 🌲 and the mountains ⛰️; whether it is the bed in the guest room, the living room, the curtain sofa and the bathroom equipment are extremely elegant; The restaurant is tastefully furnished. The chef is a Cantonese Western chef with overseas work experience. The housekeeper is very attentive and thoughtful, especially Kevin is responsive, making people feel warm and at home; The visit of white yak can confirm the natural scenery and environment of the mountains at 1499 altitude. GGuest UserThe hotel has its own parking lot, but it is across the road not far away. The security guard is very enthusiastic and takes the initiative to lead the way. The room was clean and tidy, and the waiters were very friendly. They were from the same hotel as the one next door and were very welcoming. The only drawback is that the sound insulation effect is not very good, you can hear children running and jumping in the corridor and adults talking.

The staff member, Ping'er, was smiling throughout, patiently answering all my questions and even proactively helping me plan local sightseeing routes. Room service was incredibly quick; whether it was replenishing supplies or handling last-minute requests, everything was taken care of immediately. What was especially heartwarming was how Yuanyuan actively helped me with my luggage and called a taxi when I checked out. The recommended stone pot fish was also delicious! ✌︎˶╹ꇴ╹˶✌︎ From the small details to the overall experience, I truly felt at home. Highly recommend!

YYangyangnaoXLThe biggest flaw: The building I booked didn't have central air conditioning! It was incredibly hot in the summer, so we paid the difference to move to a different building.
Pros: The hotel is located in the Youran Mountain Scenic Area. It was very quiet on Sundays and almost completely empty on Mondays. The rooms were well-maintained and clean, the bedding was comfortable, the staff was friendly, and the shuttle was always available. The pizza and pasta were delicious, and the breakfast was also good. It was very quiet and perfect for a relaxing retreat.
Cons: The children found the outdoor playground a bit boring. The outdoor playground was overgrown with weeds and looked poorly maintained. The petting zoo, which had sika deer and chickens, ducks, and geese, was a bit smelly. The indoor playground required a shuttle at the main entrance, which was inconvenient.

GGuest UserArrived at 1am and left after staying for only one night. The bathroom has no window, and there is a smell of sewage when the door is opened. The light is sensor-activated, which is a bit unacceptable. This hotel should have opened not long ago, but the overall maintenance and hygiene are average. It is invested by a local enterprise, and the hotel management needs to be improved.
However, some food and fruits are prepared in the room, which can resolve many dissatisfactions. I sincerely hope that local enterprises investing in hotels will not only use their names but also work hard to improve the quality of details.

GGuest UserVery clean and hygienic, come here is the guest, the guest is as the owner, breakfast steamed buns porridge, dishes, for me such a non-fine guest, enough. After all, it's only more than 100 points. There is room for improvement. For rooms of 160 yuan, it is best to provide disposable razors. I believe that more and more people will choose to settle in. I wish business is booming. Overall very satisfied, the room is relatively spacious. There are shared bicycles and buses next to it, and it is only 2 kilometers to the ancient city. Service attitude is also very good.

The location is convenient, the sanitation inside and outside the hotel is in place, the public areas are clean and refreshing, and the green plants are well maintained. AAnonymous UserThe indoor environment is so-so, the facilities are old, and the hygiene is average. Many places are dusty and dirty. Especially the bathroom, I don’t know why it smells so bad. Hygiene really needs to be improved. There is only one switch in the bathroom. When the light is turned on, the ventilation system automatically turns on. It is very loud and noisy. The gas system didn't seem to work, and there was only one light switch in the room. I don’t know if it’s the room I stayed in or whether it’s the same with other hotels. In short, it’s really not as good as other hotels I’ve stayed in. I’ve never given a bad review. I really can’t stand this.
