This stay really exceeded expectations, and must give full praise! ✨
Environment and scenery: The homestay is located between the green mountains. Open the window to see the cascading mountains and fresh greenery. During the day, the sun is spilled on the stone road, and even the air is full of the fragrance of grass and trees. The warm yellow lights at night reflect the white walls and tiles, quiet and gentle, completely escape the hustle and bustle of the city.
Design and details: The old house has been specially remodeled, retaining the simple charm of the blue tile windows, and integrating into the modern and comfortable design. The large-scale glass windows make the lighting superb. The courtyards and lounge chairs in the public areas are arranged in a stylish manner, and the details are full of life aesthetics.
Service and experience: the boss is warm and caring, from check-in to departure, take care of everything, the room is clean and tidy, the bedding is soft and comfortable, the sound insulation is also very good, can sleep well. In the morning, I can bask in the sun in the yard and listen to the birdsong. The whole person slowed down.
Summary: This is a treasure homestay that can make people really relax. It is super suitable for couples on vacation, friends gathering or emptying alone! Amway has given all friends around me, and will come again next time ～❤️

帶老婆孩子和家人來安康度假，凌晨3、4點輾轉兩家酒店後入住這裏，本是應急之選，卻收穫了超預期的完美體驗，必須五星好評！
首先誇前台服務，深夜辦理入住，小羅姑娘全程温柔專業，辦理速度快，耐心講解指引，瞬間撫平一路疲憊；前台經理每次碰面都是暖心問候+微笑招呼，賓至如歸的感覺直接拉滿。更讓人驚喜的是，酒店還主動為我們升級了更好的房間，這份用心直接讓一家人的度假幸福感飆升！
酒店衞生和環境更是一級棒，房間整潔無死角，床品舒適，老婆和小孩住得特別安心，度假的舒心感從入住就開始了。酒店餐廳也超驚喜，菜品口味佳，兼顧長者和孩子的飲食需求，一家人吃得特別滿意。
換房時的細節更讓人暖心：酒店小羅妹妹貼心留下便簽，提醒我們可以把原房間（319、320）的房卡直接放在機器人裏，不用再特意跑一趟歸還；退房後前台又發現孩子遺留的奶嘴，第一時間微信聯繫，還主動提出幫忙郵寄，這份細心和貼心的人性化服務，真的讓人覺得特別温暖。
全程無槽點，不管是服務、衞生、環境還是餐飲，都完美適配家庭出遊需求，安康之行因為這家酒店更添美好。已經把怡致酒店安利給身邊親友，下次來安康，一定還選這裏！

GGuest UserThe hotel has its own parking lot, but it is across the road not far away. The security guard is very enthusiastic and takes the initiative to lead the way. The room was clean and tidy, and the waiters were very friendly. They were from the same hotel as the one next door and were very welcoming. The only drawback is that the sound insulation effect is not very good, you can hear children running and jumping in the corridor and adults talking.

JJiyidehaiThe overall stay experience of this hotel is very good, the location is super plus points, close to the Han River, the view outside the window is particularly good. The hotel is newly opened, the overall facilities are very new, the hygiene is particularly in place, the towels are thick and clean, and the texture is very good. The room configuration is also very intimate, equipped with a high-speed hair dryer, daily care of the shape is particularly convenient, too understand the needs of modern people; also equipped with a smart toilet, really is the gospel of travel accommodation. The bath water pressure is sufficient, the bath experience is full, and the room is equipped with a system-level sunshade, which has a special shading effect.
The fly in the ointment is that the sound insulation effect of the hotel is average, and the landline failure in the room is encountered when checking in, and the small problem of not being able to contact the front desk. However, after feedback with the lobby manager, the response was particularly timely and the processing efficiency was very high.
Although it is not an international hotel, you can feel the full humanistic care everywhere. The lobby manager and the guests communicate efficiently and smoothly. The overall price/performance ratio and service are worth recommending.

浴室裏傳來滴水聲，可能是前一個住客留下的痕跡。我撥通前台電話，聽到機械的等待音在空盪的房間裏迴響。突然意識到，這已經是今年入住的第七家酒店了。
窗外，一架飛機正掠過城市上空，機翼上的航行燈在暮色中格外明亮。我下意識摸了摸口袋裡的房卡，冰涼的觸感提醒着我，這裏衹是又一個臨時的落腳點。

GGuest UserThe front desk clerk was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was rich and varied. The internet was also good. The front desk said it was replaced in the past two days. The air conditioner was strong enough to help us turn on the cold air in advance. The location is very good opposite the supermarket where the family came out to play. I will come again next time here

GGuest User訂的親子房，一家四口兩張大床足夠用，酒店設施很新，比較乾淨。雖然地方有些偏，但茶園景色很美，因為夏天有好多蟋蟀，在茶園所以沒辦法避免，可以忽略，總之性價比很高。對了，距離平利小城雖然衹有四五公里的距離，但根本打不到車，所以想去縣城晚上小酌幾杯的，一定要預留司機！
