This was followed by the front desk's warm greeting, which felt truly refreshing. They politely asked if I had a reservation and confirmed my room. After I confirmed, they quickly processed my check-in, further enhancing my positive impression with their efficiency.
Before this, I had contacted the hotel regarding parking. They informed me they had two parking lots, so there wouldn't be an issue finding a spot, with one located at the hotel entrance and the other about 200 meters away. They then asked for my estimated arrival time. As I was about to arrive, I received a call from the hotel letting me know there were still parking spaces available at the entrance. This made me feel cared for and warm, which was very comforting.
Now, let's talk about the feeling after checking into the room. The first impression was how smart technology has integrated into daily life. Voice-controlled air conditioning, lighting, curtains, and entertainment systems provided immense relief after a long and tiring journey. The mental focus I maintained while driving immediately relaxed. Coupled with a medium-firm mattress that softly enveloped my body while still providing support, both my mind and body completely relaxed. The experience was truly excellent!
I really like this hotel and highly recommend everyone try it.

The staff member, Ping'er, was smiling throughout, patiently answering all my questions and even proactively helping me plan local sightseeing routes. Room service was incredibly quick; whether it was replenishing supplies or handling last-minute requests, everything was taken care of immediately. What was especially heartwarming was how Yuanyuan actively helped me with my luggage and called a taxi when I checked out. The recommended stone pot fish was also delicious! ✌︎˶╹ꇴ╹˶✌︎ From the small details to the overall experience, I truly felt at home. Highly recommend!

GGuest UserThe hotel has its own parking lot, but it is across the road not far away. The security guard is very enthusiastic and takes the initiative to lead the way. The room was clean and tidy, and the waiters were very friendly. They were from the same hotel as the one next door and were very welcoming. The only drawback is that the sound insulation effect is not very good, you can hear children running and jumping in the corridor and adults talking.

MM509587****This stay experience directly exceeded expectations, you must praise it! The location of the hotel is too good, just a few minutes walk to the subway station, surrounded by shopping malls, restaurants, travel for food is super convenient.
The front desk service was warm and professional, the check-in speed was very fast, and we took the initiative to introduce us to the surrounding play guides, and even upgraded the room type intimately. This small surprise is too poking people. The room is nothing to say, clean and tidy, there is no dust in every corner, the bedding is soft and skin-friendly, The mattress is moderately soft and hard, with excellent sound insulation, so that I can sleep peacefully during the trip. The bathroom is reasonably designed for dry and wet separation, the hot water supply is sufficient, the quality of toiletries is online, and the details are full of care.
The breakfast is rich in variety, Chinese and Western combinations take into account different tastes, the fresh ingredients are good, and the day trip is super satisfying. In addition, the hotel's free parking lot and high-speed WiFi are also particularly practical, and business or family travel are very suitable.

We cannot expect it to be too perfect, and the conditions and facilities cannot meet the requirements of modern accommodation. The boss is a young man and the service is enthusiastic. It is very convenient to go to Shuhe Ancient Town by staying here. It is located in the north of the ancient town.

GGuest UserEverything else is OK, but the room window is facing the entrance on the second floor, there is basically no sound insulation, and it is useless to close the window. After 12 o'clock in the evening, there were noisy guests after 6 o'clock in the morning. The hotel's aunt also spoke loudly at the door after 7 o'clock in the morning, and she couldn't sleep at all. It is recommended to book a normal room.

The neighboring room was drinking and making noise on the terrace until more than 3 am. I called the front desk to report it, but it was not resolved. It was so noisy that I couldn't sleep at all.
