QQingwaJThis was my second stay, and the experience was still very good. The parking lot was huge, and the front desk service was efficient. They would select a suitable room type according to the guests' requirements. Perhaps because it's close to Dahe Street and Liuye Lake, this hotel seemed to be very popular and busy. The complimentary iced lemon and cucumber water in the lobby was very refreshing, and the availability of both hot and cold drinks was a thoughtful touch. When the service manager noticed a child crying in the lobby, he immediately brought a small gift bag to soothe the child. The room was clean and tidy, and the complimentary desserts in the evening were also very delicious. Overall, this is a hotel worth the effort to write a review for.

CChenxiaLet me talk about the results first. It is a highly recommended hotel. The room is spacious, with a wide view and a window that can see the lake. Because the space is large and the weather is cold, I was given a small oil heater, and the room is very warm. The solid wood floor looks very clean. The sofa can be pulled out as a bed, which is very convenient for families traveling with children, and it is also very comfortable to sleep. The attitude of the front desk is very good, and any situation can be handled in the first time. The variety of breakfast is average, not too much or too little. The bathroom space is well designed, and the shower room does not leak at all, even if a little water is brought out, it does not affect going to the toilet. I stayed twice during the Spring Festival, and the overall feeling was very good. There are a few points that I hope to improve: one is that the air conditioning is not turned on in the lobby. It doesn't matter if you go there for a short time, but you will feel a little cold while eating breakfast; the other is that the shower head is not good enough, the water pressure should not be low, but the water coming out of the shower head also feels a little weak.

Location: Ideally located within 10-15 minutes from the Airport, with convenient access to restaurants and massage services within walking distance.
Cleanliness: We found the place to be impeccably clean with no issues whatsoever.
Service: The staff was exceptionally friendly and accommodating throughout our stay.
Facilities: One standout feature was the presence of a little shop in the lobby, which we found quite convenient. Some shops were closed as we were traveling during Chinese New Year. I liked the availability of modern sitting toilets and squatting toilets. The provided slippers were remarkably comfortable, and we also found the establishment to be U.S. passport-friendly. Not bad for the price you pay for.

Room was marketed as ”River-/Lakeview” & any reasonable person would agree it was not Lakeview. It was city view. See the picture attached.
The river was barely visible between two high rise buildings, but only when pressing the face against the window.
To the left was only city. The window was facing east. Pictures faces south.

辦理入住後走進房間，第一感覺就是 “乾淨”！床單被罩平整無污漬，桌面、牀頭櫃一塵不染，連衞生間的角落都打掃得很徹底，沒有絲毫異味。娛樂設施也很實用，累了一天窩在柔軟的大床上看看劇，疲憊感瞬間消散，睡眠質量超棒。
第二天的早餐更是驚喜，餐廳環境明亮整潔，菜品豐富到讓人選擇困難 —— 熱菜、涼菜、點心、水果、飲品一應俱全，口味也很地道，偏愛中式粥品，都能找到合心意的食物，吃得特別滿足。
最讓人暖心的是前台服務，從辦理入住時耐心介紹酒店設施，到離店時主動詢問入住體驗，工作人員始終保持着熱情的態度，有問必答、有求必應，細節處的貼心讓人印象深刻。
總之，這次住宿體驗全程無槽點，性價比超高，已經推薦給身邊朋友，下次來這邊還會選這家！

GGuest UserI came to this treasure hotel on the last day of the May Day holiday. It was really full of surprises. The beautiful sisters at the front desk of the hotel provided excellent and thoughtful service! Every time I passed by, I was proactive and greeted with a sweet smile. The breakfast dishes were also very rich! In summary, this is a very suitable hotel for vacation 🏖️Lie down, come here, you can get rid of all the class smell! The scenery is beautiful and pleasant, the air is fresh, the whole resort is a natural oxygen bar, the body and mind are relaxed, you can leisurely watch the sunrise and sunset in the beautiful Yunpan Mountain 🌅 The scenery is amazing! GGuest UserI checked into the hotel yesterday. I forgot to close the window after getting off the car and it rained heavily at night. There was no phone number left on the car.
