MM321107****A very considerate store. I had to go out very early in the morning to do some work and leave Changde in the afternoon. I told the front desk to send my clothes for cleaning. When I came back at noon, they had already washed them for me and hung them neatly back in the room. It is worth staying.

The beautiful sisters at the front desk of the hotel provided excellent and thoughtful service! Every time I passed by, I was proactive and greeted with a sweet smile. The breakfast dishes were also very rich! In summary, this is a very suitable hotel for vacation 🏖️Lie down, come here, you can get rid of all the class smell! The scenery is beautiful and pleasant, the air is fresh, the whole resort is a natural oxygen bar, the body and mind are relaxed, you can leisurely watch the sunrise and sunset in the beautiful Yunpan Mountain 🌅 The scenery is amazing! The SPA recommended by the beautiful sister at the front desk is also very good, professional Thai massage ~ and it is also a Thai technician, super satisfactory stay experience

HHuiWe needed accommodation for the night to catch an early flight the next morning.
Location: Ideally located within 10-15 minutes from the Airport, with convenient access to restaurants and massage services within walking distance.
Cleanliness: We found the place to be impeccably clean with no issues whatsoever.
Service: The staff was exceptionally friendly and accommodating throughout our stay.
Facilities: One standout feature was the presence of a little shop in the lobby, which we found quite convenient. Some shops were closed as we were traveling during Chinese New Year. I liked the availability of modern sitting toilets and squatting toilets. The provided slippers were remarkably comfortable, and we also found the establishment to be U.S. passport-friendly. Not bad for the price you pay for.

辦理入住後走進房間，第一感覺就是 “乾淨”！床單被罩平整無污漬，桌面、牀頭櫃一塵不染，連衞生間的角落都打掃得很徹底，沒有絲毫異味。娛樂設施也很實用，累了一天窩在柔軟的大床上看看劇，疲憊感瞬間消散，睡眠質量超棒。
第二天的早餐更是驚喜，餐廳環境明亮整潔，菜品豐富到讓人選擇困難 —— 熱菜、涼菜、點心、水果、飲品一應俱全，口味也很地道，偏愛中式粥品，都能找到合心意的食物，吃得特別滿足。
最讓人暖心的是前台服務，從辦理入住時耐心介紹酒店設施，到離店時主動詢問入住體驗，工作人員始終保持着熱情的態度，有問必答、有求必應，細節處的貼心讓人印象深刻。
總之，這次住宿體驗全程無槽點，性價比超高，已經推薦給身邊朋友，下次來這邊還會選這家！

The bed in the room is also very comfortable, the white sheets and bed covers look very clean, the overall accommodation conditions make people feel comfortable and happy, and the price is not expensive.
