QQingwaJThis was my second stay, and the experience was still very good. The parking lot was huge, and the front desk service was efficient. They would select a suitable room type according to the guests' requirements. Perhaps because it's close to Dahe Street and Liuye Lake, this hotel seemed to be very popular and busy. The complimentary iced lemon and cucumber water in the lobby was very refreshing, and the availability of both hot and cold drinks was a thoughtful touch. When the service manager noticed a child crying in the lobby, he immediately brought a small gift bag to soothe the child. The room was clean and tidy, and the complimentary desserts in the evening were also very delicious. Overall, this is a hotel worth the effort to write a review for.

The back was the German town. It was very convenient to eat, live and travel. The towels and bedding were white. The service staff was warm and thoughtful. The park behind the hotel, The scenery is pleasant, you can go for a walk after dinner, very satisfied, Changde is a beautiful city.

The bedding is definitely a highlight! The duvet is light and fluffy, the mattress is moderately firm, and I fall asleep almost on the pillow. I have no dream until dawn. The bathroom is separated from wet and dry, the water pressure is abundant, the tropical rain forest shower water is delicate, and the bath is enjoyed with the famous gardenia fragrance toiletries. The minibar has a rich drink, and the free capsule coffee and TWG tea bags have won my heart.

SsyssssThe location is great, very close to the river, the museum, the anti-Japanese war bunker, the pedestrian street, Qu Yuan Park, and the Poetry Wall Park. The front desk staff were also very welcoming. The room facilities were all up to standard. The only disappointment was the laundry room. I wanted to do laundry, but seeing that there was only one washer and one dryer, both quite old, and only laundry detergent, no liquid detergent or disinfectant, I decided to give up and not do laundry there.
