"Super satisfied! The front desk service was warm and efficient, making the check-in process incredibly smooth. The room was spacious and clean, with panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows offering a beautiful lake view. The 'Sweet Dream Bed' was incredibly comfortable. Breakfast was rich and varied, and the Changde rice noodles were absolutely delicious! The 24-hour gym and pool facilities were fully equipped, making for a fantastic experience. The location is also very convenient, close to Wanda Plaza, making dining and getting around super easy. I'll definitely be back!"

"I am really satisfied with the hotel I stayed in this time! When I booked a room online, I thought it was clean and bright from the pictures. After arriving at the hotel, I found that the real thing was exactly the same as the photo. The hotel environment is very good. You can smell a faint fragrance as soon as you enter the door. The lobby is spacious and warm. The facilities in the room are very complete, with air conditioning, TV, hair dryer, and even a small refrigerator. The bedding is clean and tidy, the mattress is moderately soft and hard, and it is very comfortable to sleep at night. There is no water stain in the bathroom, the toilet and shower room are polished, and it is very safe to live there. The most touching thing is the service. From the front desk check-in to the room service, the staff's attitude is very good. I forgot to bring the charger, called the front desk, and it was delivered in a few minutes. There are many types of breakfast, including porridge, buns, and rice noodles, which taste homely and delicious. I will definitely choose this one when I come here in the future!"
