GGuest UserService: The hotel staff were attentive and welcoming, even turning on the air conditioning well in advance, ensuring maximum comfort. They were also very responsive and helpful, patiently explaining nearby attractions and other amenities.
Environment: The hotel is surrounded by a beautiful lake, where a walk around the lake brings fresh air and a wonderful experience. The hotel itself is clean and the rooms are cozy.
It's worth mentioning that the hotel breakfast was exceptionally plentiful, especially the beef noodles, which were delicious 😋, and the other snacks were also very tasty. I would definitely stay here again next time I bring my children.

CChenxiaLet me talk about the results first. It is a highly recommended hotel. The room is spacious, with a wide view and a window that can see the lake. Because the space is large and the weather is cold, I was given a small oil heater, and the room is very warm. The solid wood floor looks very clean. The sofa can be pulled out as a bed, which is very convenient for families traveling with children, and it is also very comfortable to sleep. The attitude of the front desk is very good, and any situation can be handled in the first time. The variety of breakfast is average, not too much or too little. The bathroom space is well designed, and the shower room does not leak at all, even if a little water is brought out, it does not affect going to the toilet. I stayed twice during the Spring Festival, and the overall feeling was very good. There are a few points that I hope to improve: one is that the air conditioning is not turned on in the lobby. It doesn't matter if you go there for a short time, but you will feel a little cold while eating breakfast; the other is that the shower head is not good enough, the water pressure should not be low, but the water coming out of the shower head also feels a little weak.

HHuiWe needed accommodation for the night to catch an early flight the next morning.
Location: Ideally located within 10-15 minutes from the Airport, with convenient access to restaurants and massage services within walking distance.
Cleanliness: We found the place to be impeccably clean with no issues whatsoever.
Service: The staff was exceptionally friendly and accommodating throughout our stay.
Facilities: One standout feature was the presence of a little shop in the lobby, which we found quite convenient. Some shops were closed as we were traveling during Chinese New Year. I liked the availability of modern sitting toilets and squatting toilets. The provided slippers were remarkably comfortable, and we also found the establishment to be U.S. passport-friendly. Not bad for the price you pay for.

YYiluonuojiejieThe hotel's location is great – it's not noisy, but still only about a 20-minute walk to attractions like Daxiaohe Street and the Poetry Wall, or a roughly 15-yuan taxi ride. There are also plenty of good restaurants nearby. What really stood out was Manager Chen's professionalism; she helped us resolve an issue very promptly. Five stars across the board!
I do have two suggestions regarding breakfast: 1. I recommend adding a lightbulb to the rice noodle station's prep area. It's too dark for the staff working there, which could be a safety hazard. 2. It would be beneficial to add another staff member to the breakfast area to work alongside the current attendant. One person could handle refilling and serving food, while the other focuses on cleaning. Otherwise, the current attendant is left juggling a cleaning cloth and serving at the same time.

GGuest UserDue to a business trip, I stayed at this hotel throughout the whole process and I was very satisfied in all aspects. First of all, the transportation area is excellent, and it saves time and effort to work back and forth and commute. The lobby and public areas are clean and tidy, the staff is friendly, and the check-in and check-out process is simple and efficient, saving a lot of waiting time.
The interior of the room is clean and refreshing, the lighting and ventilation are good, the bathroom facilities are intact, and the water pressure is sufficient. The desk and chairs in the room are comfortable to use, the sockets are sufficient, the wireless network speed is stable, the night overtime processing work, and the video conference are very smooth. The rooms are soundproofed, quiet at night, and the quality of sleep is very good. The breakfast is rich in variety and tastes homely, which can make up for the energy of the day.

We went to the river street, and the front desk took the initiative to introduce it to us. The room attendant was also very enthusiastic. 1. First of all, the room is large, the toilet and shower room are separated, and the space is large, which is a surprise, the privacy is very good, you can take a shower and go to the bathroom independently. There are also sofas, free snacks, and paid items. There are free drinks from 8 to 10 every night. On Friday, we asked for mung bean paste.
2. The only disadvantage is that the bed is relatively soft, and the elderly did not sleep well. I don’t know if the air conditioner was turned off at night. It feels a bit cold in the morning.
3. The hotel lobby provides free drinks and snacks, which is good!
4. Breakfast is on the 24th floor, with snacks, fruits, noodles, dishes, milk, etc., which are relatively rich and have a large choice. This must be praised 👍, and the taste is also good.
5. There is a free parking lot. It should be noted that parking at the entrance of the hotel is charged. Go straight and turn right. If you come to the hotel, turn left for more than 20 meters and enter the underground parking lot.

Environment: We stayed on the 17th floor of the hotel. The surroundings are very open. It is close to the pedestrian street, the poetry wall, and the riverside, which is very convenient for travel. The hotel is also very quiet.
Service: I must give a thumbs up. The waiter will greet us carefully when we check in and go out. Let me tell you one thing. After we left, the waiter took the initiative to contact us and mailed it for processing. This is really good. The service is always considerate.
