It was my first time staying in this hotel. The environment was very good, the facilities and equipment were very new, and the MSS at the front desk checked me in very quickly. The hotel's buffet breakfast was on the 4th floor, and there was also a self-service laundry room and gym on the 4th floor. There was also a separate underground parking lot inside the hotel, and no license plate entry was required, which was rare in other hotels. Parking and exit were super convenient. There was also a delicious late-night snack shop opposite at night, which was open until very late, and was very friendly to people who stayed up late.

This was my second stay, and the experience was still very good. The parking lot was huge, and the front desk service was efficient. They would select a suitable room type according to the guests' requirements. Perhaps because it's close to Dahe Street and Liuye Lake, this hotel seemed to be very popular and busy. The complimentary iced lemon and cucumber water in the lobby was very refreshing, and the availability of both hot and cold drinks was a thoughtful touch. When the service manager noticed a child crying in the lobby, he immediately brought a small gift bag to soothe the child. The room was clean and tidy, and the complimentary desserts in the evening were also very delicious. Overall, this is a hotel worth the effort to write a review for.

The Wyndham Garden Hotel is a landmark in Hanshou. They host excellent banquets and events, and the lobby is grand, clean, and smells wonderfully sophisticated. The front desk staff are efficient with check-ins and don't require a deposit, which is a nice touch that shows respect for guests. The rooms also offer plenty of items for purchase. The front desk staff were soft-spoken, warm, and welcoming. The whole experience was very pleasant. The guest rooms were spotlessly clean, no corners missed. As is sometimes the case in county hotels, despite clear no-smoking policies everywhere, some guests still don't follow the rules, suggesting that guest etiquette could improve. It's next to the wild animal park, about a 10-minute drive to the hotel. The breakfast selection seemed extensive and tasted great. Highly recommended!

It is found that the wallpaper in the room is peeling off, and I hope it will be repaired in time. Because the space is large and the weather is cold, I was given a small oil heater, and the room is very warm. The solid wood floor looks very clean. The sofa can be pulled out as a bed, which is very convenient for families traveling with children, and it is also very comfortable to sleep. The attitude of the front desk is very good, and any situation can be handled in the first time. The variety of breakfast is average, not too much or too little. The bathroom space is well designed, and the shower room does not leak at all, even if a little water is brought out, it does not affect going to the toilet. I stayed twice during the Spring Festival, and the overall feeling was very good. There are a few points that I hope to improve: one is that the air conditioning is not turned on in the lobby. It doesn't matter if you go there for a short time, but you will feel a little cold while eating breakfast; the other is that the shower head is not good enough, the water pressure should not be low, but the water coming out of the shower head also feels a little weak.

The hotel's location is great – it's not noisy, but still only about a 20-minute walk to attractions like Daxiaohe Street and the Poetry Wall, or a roughly 15-yuan taxi ride. There are also plenty of good restaurants nearby. What really stood out was Manager Chen's professionalism; she helped us resolve an issue very promptly. Five stars across the board! I do have two suggestions regarding breakfast: 1. I recommend adding a lightbulb to the rice noodle station's prep area. It's too dark for the staff working there, which could be a safety hazard. 2. It would be beneficial to add another staff member to the breakfast area to work alongside the current attendant. One person could handle refilling and serving food, while the other focuses on cleaning. Otherwise, the current attendant is left juggling a cleaning cloth and serving at the same time.

Location: Ideally located within 10-15 minutes from the Airport, with convenient access to restaurants and massage services within walking distance. Cleanliness: We found the place to be impeccably clean with no issues whatsoever. Service: The staff was exceptionally friendly and accommodating throughout our stay. Facilities: One standout feature was the presence of a little shop in the lobby, which we found quite convenient. Some shops were closed as we were traveling during Chinese New Year. I liked the availability of modern sitting toilets and squatting toilets. The provided slippers were remarkably comfortable, and we also found the establishment to be U.S. passport-friendly. Not bad for the price you pay for.
