I stayed here for a few days on a business trip. The front desk lady YX was very enthusiastic and considerate. She also upgraded my room type. The check-in process was very fast and efficient. The breakfast was Chinese style, mainly Changde characteristics, and the variety was also rich. The rice noodles were delicious. The room was spacious and bright, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and the bathroom was clean and tidy. Parking did not require recording the license plate, which was very convenient. Every detail was handled just right. It is worth recommending

This was my second stay, and the experience was still very good. The parking lot was huge, and the front desk service was efficient. They would select a suitable room type according to the guests' requirements. Perhaps because it's close to Dahe Street and Liuye Lake, this hotel seemed to be very popular and busy. The complimentary iced lemon and cucumber water in the lobby was very refreshing, and the availability of both hot and cold drinks was a thoughtful touch. When the service manager noticed a child crying in the lobby, he immediately brought a small gift bag to soothe the child. The room was clean and tidy, and the complimentary desserts in the evening were also very delicious. Overall, this is a hotel worth the effort to write a review for.

The large bed was spacious, the mattress was just right in terms of firmness, and the pillows were comfortable – all the day's fatigue melted away. The soundproofing in the room was good, and the blackout curtains worked perfectly. The bathroom had hot water quickly and stable water pressure. The overall details of the hotel are still very good. It happened to rain here today. I didn't bring an umbrella. Fortunately, the hotel front desk borrowed an umbrella for me. There are some small things that girls usually need to use next to the front desk. They can be seen to be very attentive to the guests. It is also very close to the train station. It takes a few minutes to walk. It is very convenient. I will choose this hotel next time I go to Shimen.

The front desk was very nice and helped me upgrade the room. I could see the lake around the hotel. There is a charging station in the hotel park. When there are few people, it has a power of 80kw. The room is quite comfortable.

The hotel's location is great – it's not noisy, but still only about a 20-minute walk to attractions like Daxiaohe Street and the Poetry Wall, or a roughly 15-yuan taxi ride. There are also plenty of good restaurants nearby. What really stood out was Manager Chen's professionalism; she helped us resolve an issue very promptly. Five stars across the board! I do have two suggestions regarding breakfast: 1. I recommend adding a lightbulb to the rice noodle station's prep area. It's too dark for the staff working there, which could be a safety hazard. 2. It would be beneficial to add another staff member to the breakfast area to work alongside the current attendant. One person could handle refilling and serving food, while the other focuses on cleaning. Otherwise, the current attendant is left juggling a cleaning cloth and serving at the same time.

We needed accommodation for the night to catch an early flight the next morning. Location: Ideally located within 10-15 minutes from the Airport, with convenient access to restaurants and massage services within walking distance. Cleanliness: We found the place to be impeccably clean with no issues whatsoever. Service: The staff was exceptionally friendly and accommodating throughout our stay. Facilities: One standout feature was the presence of a little shop in the lobby, which we found quite convenient. Some shops were closed as we were traveling during Chinese New Year. I liked the availability of modern sitting toilets and squatting toilets. The provided slippers were remarkably comfortable, and we also found the establishment to be U.S. passport-friendly. Not bad for the price you pay for.

Great location, very close to both Dahe Street and Xiaohe Street. The room was spacious and bright, well-equipped with everything we needed, and even included laundry detergent, which was a thoughtful touch.
