MMinajThe environment is amazing, it's a new hotel and really great. The only downside is the lack of service, but it might be because of the May Day holiday rush. If you're looking for a quiet and clean place, this is it. Don't go to the hot spring hotel, it's like a crowded market. The food at Fisher Island has always been pretty bad, hope they can improve that.

The room is also very clean, without any odor (except for a little odor on the second floor, which may be because it has just been renovated) When I left her alone in the room, she didn't bark because of separation anxiety. Maybe the smell here can give her a sense of security! Maybe she smelled the good feedback from her peers? ?? Kitchen
Downstairs is the sixth canteen~ The environment is good and the food is delicious
The weather is just right now, not too cold or hot, and the sun is not too hot. The puppy is having a lot of fun! Come again next time!

GGuest UserMy stay here was absolutely perfect, highly recommended! The room was spotless, spacious, and bright, with soft and comfy bedding. The bathroom had a great dry/wet separation and plenty of hot water, making for a superb living experience and excellent value for money. The service was incredibly attentive and thoughtful; check-in at the front desk was efficient, and the staff were warm and polite. Any requests were promptly handled, truly making me feel at home. I'll definitely choose this place first for my next trip!

AAnonymous UserSpent 3 nights at this hotel during the holiday season and highly recommend this hotel. The hotel is located right at the beach which I believe is called Golden Beach. It is very peaceful and the rooms are well kept. The hotel workers are also very kind and helpful, they recommended some good restaurants around the neighborhood. I really had a good time at this hotel.

YYumendelierenWhen checking in, all the staff at the front desk (at least four) were not very kind, not enthusiastic at all, mechanical, and it was obvious that there was a lack of training and disorderly. During the processing process, I asked me to pay a 200 deposit. I said that the food bar in the room was charged. I was afraid that the guests would not pay for it. I decisively refused and clearly told me that I would not eat. The staff at the front desk immediately changed their faces from mechanical processing to ignoring... I just made do with it for one night. What to say, I found out that the room next door was a wedding room. It would be very noisy early the next morning. In order to rest well, I asked for a room change. A staff member who changed the room for me made me feel like a spring breeze. It should be a deputy manager at the front desk (this kind of hotel position can't be so detailed, I have the impression that the badge shows this position), and I didn't have time to ask the name. Not only did I actively solve the problem, but also gave me two breakfasts, and the attitude was very good. To be honest, if it weren't for this staff, I wouldn't have five-star praise. I hope the hotel can praise this staff well.

GGuest UserI booked a family suite with my elderly relatives and child. The room was spacious, clean, and tidy. I highly recommend Senzeyuan for families with elderly relatives and young children, as it's incredibly close to the beach and hot springs—basically, just around the corner. The room service was impeccable. Our room attendant, Qin Ying, was exceptionally attentive. She provided a fruit platter every afternoon, soft drinks in the room refrigerator, and even asked what fruit my child liked. So grateful! 😊 Yudao Island is perfect for children. They can enjoy the hot springs and water park endlessly, and the playground for little ones is also great. The outdoor non-motorized area is also a great place to stroll. Highly recommended! I don't have many photos because I was mostly swimming, so please excuse the quality.

She made my experience smooth and even surprised me with a complimentary room upgrade. Room was so clean, luxurious and comfortable.

GGuest UserThe Fisher Island resort hotel is quite good. However, we encountered some problems that needed attention to improve their services. First, there was a receptionist at the first station. He was rude in giving instructions to the taxi driver. Second, the room was not so clean. The carpet is not tidy and the room smells cigarette. In general, Fisher Island Resort Hotel has good amenities. Good for the children who like playgrounds and activities. Swimming pools are plenty for young and old to enjoy. But they need to be careful because it's so slippery. This hotel.has a lot of activities to do. I will recommend this to the whole family.

GGuest UserMy stay at Arcardia Qinhuangdao far exceeded my expectations for a beach vacation, especially the room's view. It was truly the ultimate 'lying down and watching the sea' experience.

The bathroom had a wet/dry separation, the water pressure was excellent, and the toiletries had a fresh scent. All the amenities were custom-made by the hotel, showing great attention to detail.
* **Service Responsiveness**: Check-in at the front desk was very efficient. The staff proactively informed me about the hotel's pool, beach, and breakfast locations, and their attitude was friendly without being overly formal. When I needed more bottled water, it was delivered within minutes of my call to the front desk. Their response speed was impressive.
* **Hotel Facilities**: Just downstairs was the hotel's popular pool area, perfect for photos on a sunny day. A short walk took me to the exclusive beach, which had fine sand and wasn't too crowded. Taking a walk and enjoying the sea breeze in the evening was incredibly relaxing. The breakfast selection was also very rich; I highly recommend the freshly made noodle station and local snacks. I left feeling completely satisfied.
💡 **A Few Tips**
* Even on a cloudy day, while you might not get bright, sunny beach photos, the atmosphere is fantastic, and watching the sea from your room has a unique charm.
* A room on the 3rd floor in Block 1 was perfectly situated to avoid noise from the pool and grounds. It was especially quiet at night, so light sleepers don't need to worry about being disturbed.
Overall, both the view and the experience were outstanding. It's an excellent choice for a vacation in Qinhuangdao, perfect for couples or friends getting together. I'm already looking forward to my next stay!
