Changsha County Hotels with Breakfast

This hotel really exceeded expectations! Convenient location, very close to the subway station, there is a shopping mall next to it to eat very convenient. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was soft and comfortable, the sound insulation was good, and I slept very well at night. The front desk service is warm and thoughtful, check-in is fast and efficient, and problems can be solved in time. The overall environment is warm and elegant, the facilities are complete and easy to use, and the price is super high.

The front desk upgraded our room for free when they saw I was with a baby. The room was very clean, and there was a welcome fruit platter upon arrival. A little while later, they even brought two yogurts specifically for the kids. In the morning, before our flight, the front desk helped us with our luggage, and the airport transfer driver was also very enthusiastic. He waited an extra five minutes without any impatience since my baby eats slowly. On the way, when I mentioned I was tired, he immediately turned on the backseat massage function and even gave us a souvenir. It was a very satisfying stay.

Just checked out and I have to rave about this place! The room had an open city skyline view right outside the window, and pulling back the curtains in the morning instantly brightened my mood. The most surprising part was the complimentary laundry service – it was incredibly useful for me as I was traveling for several days. My clothes were washed, dried, and ready to wear, making everything so hassle-free and convenient. Overall, my stay was very comfortable, and the service was excellent. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in town.

Landed by plane in the early hours and chose to stay near the airport for a night since going home was too far. The hotel offers great value for money, and both the front desk staff and cleaning aunties are very friendly. It includes a free airport shuttle service, and the driver is professional and kind. I felt quite secure knowing the hotel rooms have security latches, there's a 24-hour front desk, and the rooms are clean. I'll definitely stay here again next time.

I came to Changsha for a business trip, and this hotel happened to be near my client. The front desk is on the 30th floor, but the elevator is basically direct. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. There's also a free laundry room. The room was very comfortable and spacious. Plus, being on a high floor meant it was quiet, so I had a really pleasant stay. The only minor complaint is that the breakfast selection wasn't extensive, and the noodles were just okay, but it's great value for money overall. I'm very satisfied!

The breakfast hours are great! I had an early competition and needed to be there by 7 AM, so I was really happy that the breakfast opened at 6:30 AM. It saved me from having to buy food elsewhere. It's also super close to the exhibition center, just a 3-minute taxi ride.

The overall stay experience was very satisfactory, the lobby was clean and elegant, the corridor had no smell, and the corridor had a fragrance machine that smelled good. The bathroom is separated from wet and dry, the hot water is stable and sufficient, and the quality of toiletries is online. The staff is polite and caring, the check-in efficiency is high, the sound insulation effect is very good, the tired journey can have a good rest, it is worth five-star praise! !

Good location close to both the international convention and exhibition centre and the train station. The hotel is also located in a new, clean and beautiful area: looking across a green scenery and sport field but in a seperate lot to ensure a quiet and relaxing atmosphere. The facility is modern and very clean so it gives you an impression of high-end hotel but the price is surprisingly a bargain compared to others. It may be a little away from Changsha city centre but the price makes up for it. Furthermore it’s close to the airport, train station and also very easy to book taxi to go every where. The room is spacious, clean and tidy with all the amenities and convenience you will need. The king bed is comfortable and the atmosphere is quiet and nice so I had plenty of good night sleeps. There is also an option of converting the sofa into an extra bed at no fee but I didn’t need it. On the 1st floor there is a small supermarket where you can find most of the common stuff and snacks. Next door there are a few restaurants if you are too lazy to go out. Moreover, amazing customer services, the staff were polite, helpful and the checking in was quick and easy! Changsha was stormy the day of my flight and there was difficulty getting a taxi to go to the airport because some roads were flooded. The hotel staff just noticed me sitting and waiting then offered to help getting me to the airport. Luckily if it wasn’t for the assistance of the hotel staff and the relatively closeness of the hotel to Changsha airport, I would not have made it to the airport in time for my flight. All in all, 5/5 ratings and compliments from me to this hotel and the staff!!
