The room had an open city skyline view right outside the window, and pulling back the curtains in the morning instantly brightened my mood. The most surprising part was the complimentary laundry service – it was incredibly useful for me as I was traveling for several days. My clothes were washed, dried, and ready to wear, making everything so hassle-free and convenient. Overall, my stay was very comfortable, and the service was excellent. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in town.

GGuest UserLanded by plane in the early hours and chose to stay near the airport for a night since going home was too far. The hotel offers great value for money, and both the front desk staff and cleaning aunties are very friendly. It includes a free airport shuttle service, and the driver is professional and kind. I felt quite secure knowing the hotel rooms have security latches, there's a 24-hour front desk, and the rooms are clean. I'll definitely stay here again next time.

GGuest UserAn incredibly satisfying stay! Everything from the environment and cleanliness to the service was impeccable. The value for money is outstanding. This will be my go-to place for local accommodation from now on. The service was meticulous and thoughtful, and any requests were handled immediately. The breakfast selection was rich and fresh, and there wasn't a speck of dust in the room. It's definitely my first choice for travel accommodation, and I've already recommended it to friends.

GGuest UserMy entire stay was fantastic. Xinder was incredibly warm and polite, answering all my questions thoroughly. The room itself was comfortable and clean (aside from a faint cigarette smell from a previous guest on the first night). The smart devices were easy to use, and the airport shuttle service saved me a lot of time and effort. When I missed the shuttle on my departure, the staff even arranged a taxi for me to the airport! It was truly heartwarming service!

QQuetuiqiujierThe breakfast hours are great! I had an early competition and needed to be there by 7 AM, so I was really happy that the breakfast opened at 6:30 AM. It saved me from having to buy food elsewhere. It's also super close to the exhibition center, just a 3-minute taxi ride.

GGuest UserIt was my first time to stay here and I found that the facilities were very complete and new. It gave me a pleasant surprise. The front desk of the hotel was also very good and the service was thoughtful and attentive. They also upgraded the room type for free. There were also free snacks at the front desk. Parking was also convenient. The venue is large and the rooms are clean and tidy. Overall, I highly recommend it and will stay here again next time.

AAnonymous UserI brought a team from Saudi Arabia to Hoon to Changsha-han, and we all got down this otel, and frankly, everybody flew his mind in it and got another high-speed pinch!
The site is a hero and very close to the Radio and TV Center, meaning the team's mass movements weren't easier. The rooms all open themselves, clean and tidy, and everything is perfectly busy with hot air conditioning and hot water.
Redish staff, their language is excellent and they serve fast entry and exit without any complexity, and the positions are very available and very comfortable. On the other hand, Otel is a very white-face option for foreign jockeys and companies.

GGuest UserThis stay was fantastic! The hotel's location is super convenient, right across from Florentia Village. The front desk staff were all smiles and check-in was quick. The room was clean and bright, and the bedding was soft and comfy. There's a desk and a window in every room, and I slept soundly all night. The soundproofing is excellent, it was really quiet. Breakfast had a great variety, and the Changsha rice noodles were authentic and delicious. It's really great value for money, perfect for both business trips and family vacations. I'll definitely choose this place again next time I'm in the area, I truly recommend it to everyone! Satisfied.

GGuest UserWonderful hospitality. Very few of the staff members could speak English. But everyone I interacted with went out of the way to make the stay memorable.
Good food. Much of it was local cuisine. Looked unfamiliar at start, but mist items were delicious.
Very close to GuangDa subway Station. Convenient to reach from the airport, Changsha main railway station and Changshanan high speed train station.
